Williams and ManMan is the way, Oso is ruined by his lack of strength and his toddler wingspan.
Oso's plusses - passing, his handle and team defense don't counteract his shortcomings - scoring, rebounding, rim protection and FT shooting.

Oso can’t close games. Not a good rebounder, not a good a rim protector. Unfortunately Mark Williams is only a decent rebounder and even worse rim protector. But ManMan closing 😍 Williams is by far the top rebounder when you look at his rebounding rate. His shot blocking is second to Maluach.

Re: Suns News: Week 24 (3/30 - 4/5)

Well the Basketball Hall of Fame isn't as well-defined in that they try to include college, men's and women's professional and international players all in one hall. And there really isn't defined standard, so each vote decides what that standard is. Also, you have coaches who win a title and stay ...

When you look at the NBA players induced in the years from 1971 to 1980 there were fewer players selected and they were generally indisputable selections - 1971 - Bob Cousy, Bob Pettit 1972 - None 1973 - Dolph Schayes 1974 - None 1975 - Bill Russell 1976 - Tom Gola, Bill Sharman 1977 - Elgin Baylor ...

Re: Suns News: Week 24 (3/30 - 4/5)

Amare is not a HOF player, Billups was not a HOF player, the precedence has been set. They'll let anyone in. Frankly, there are a lot of players who are in that shouldn't be, but they set the bar pretty low when they inducted KC Jones and Frank Ramsey back early on even though they were only bench ...

This was an interesting article for the sheer number of Suns on the list -- Amare, Marion, Joe Johnson all on there. Thankfully, Amare's been inducted now and Marion will undoubtedly make it -- he was historically important as the first of a new breed of PFs. KJ...the real reason is that he was a ...

Re: Game Day: Suns (42-34) @ Hornets (40-36), Thurs 4/2/26

They have probably won more games than they should have considering the number of injuries. However now that they've got an almost complete compliment of players like Brooks, O'Neale, Allen and Gillespie are not producing like they were earlier in the year. I don't see them making much of an impact ...

Out-rebounded 47-30.
Suns played with little energy and little flow after the first quarter.

Defense suffers when Green and Gillespie are on the court together along with Book.
Fleming playing just eight minutes is unwise.
Goodwin in the only dependable defender in the backcourt.

The defense came around and held them to 16 points in the 4th though.
