Re: All Things Ayton

Ha ha! On my Alexa: "Lebron hasn't texted Ayton. Is he frustrated with the Lakers?" It’s a dick move, either way. I used to be a big LeBron fan but after he went to the Lakers that kind of helped cure it for me lol. Btw, if LeBron is still on the Lakers to start the season, it will be the longest h ...

Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News

Gregory has experienced quite a bit in his first two months as general manager: - Replaced James Jones, a 2020-21 NBA executive of the year when the Suns reached the finals - Hired first-year NBA head coach Jordan Ott after an extensive coaching search - Traded Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets ...

Why are people hanging out at spurstalk at all?
It was the place to be back in the 2000s haha. I think a lot of us Suns fans joined during the Nash era rivalry years.

I wonder what Cubby thinks of the Ayton acquisition.
He’s not dead yet? Spurstalk is a shell of itself from years passed.
Yeah it’s very slow over there nowadays, but he was still posting during the playoffs.

OK, @JeremyG, can we call it now for Gambo being wrong on this one?
Yes, he was wrong.

I don’t know how much longer the fanbase can handle this dragging on lol.

Remember all those years when Charles Barkley would say about the Thunder: “They have a bright future. Unfortunately, we live in the present.”

Re: What do you think the suns do next after Beal is bought out?

What about Allen & Richards for Kuminga? It would allow Golden State to re-sign Kuminga at about $22 million for the first year to make a sign & trade deal work. Well if we waive and stretch Beal at the assumed amount(he gives up 14m), then we don’t even have to include Richards. We can take back m ...

Re: What do you think the suns do next after Beal is bought out?

He probably wants to know how much he is going to make from the new team, and will only give back that much money to the Suns.

So hopefully he chooses a vet min so we can’t stretch the contract!

Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News

Jeremy may have a bit of a singular focus on a certain former Suns center. And he has some other takes I disagree with, like when he calls Booker "mediocre." But I don't think I agree with your claim that he is a "non Suns fan." He has posted 8490 messages here on a Suns forum, dozens of which ...

Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News

You guys are reaching here…I’ll remind you again that he’s on a 2-way. Is it an agent favor? Ya probably. Livers missed all of last season and this is his chance to get a toe back in. I think this is one of those times where the Michigan connection is a coincidence. We haven’t shown any actual favor ...
