I like the Bol signing if it ends up happening. He has talent and is only 23. We have limited the amount of picks we'll have in the draft, so adding upside young players (which they have added many) makes a ton of sense. Adding Kevin Love for example would be a bad move to me. We dont need more vets...

The fact that Landale got 32 mil (albeit only the 1st year is guaranteed) is GREAT for the Suns.

Shows some of these guys if they come to Phoenix they can earn a much bigger check. Think Landale signing for that contract can help our case in the future with minimum deals.

Payne is either hot or cold. Not the biggest fan because usually he makes plays that leave you scratching your head.
10 min a game or so if he is having a good night makes sense.

Really think we need to add another PG though.

Agree they shouldnt have matched but they need players. Just always thought Thybulle was way overrated.

The 76ers let him go for almost nothing and they need guys as they are trying to be contenders, says a lot.

Thybulle is a good defender but his shot and offense has always been a huge problem. Think thats why the 76ers traded him.

Dont think its a great move by the Mavs but I dont think it will matter, Portland will match.

The reason they didnt extend him is because they didnt want to give him the 5th year. By matching it became a 4 year deal.

You can also only have 2 rookie max extends on the roster. By not doing that with Ayton it gave us flexibility to trade for a rookie max extension player.

Think Todd was included because hes cheaper than a minimum salary player and could save some money maybe? Maybe they saw some upside?

Agree though Ish and Todd kind of a waste of roster space.

Not sure what the Suns could trade. We can trade cash but we have to include something tangible like a 2nd round pick even if its top 55 protected.

I like the idea o adding younger and more athletic players. Guys like Love who are old and past their prime tend to not contribute a whole lot and end up seeing the bench.

End of the day if we trade for Kyrie itll have to be a better price, around 25 mil a year, which TALENT wise would be a home run. I agree Kyrie has been toxic, but guys won a title and has a ton of talent. I dont hate it like you guys do.

Goodwin seems like a great addition to the trade and feel like he could be a rotation guy (10-15 min a night), maybe he can give us spot minutes and if he shows something earn more playing time.
