Rockets would have a tough time making it work financially. They'd almost definitely have to give up Trevor ArizaSunsfan4life wrote:No rockets?

Re: Suns News: The Offseason (2015)
Wouldn't LMA be a center on lakers anyway, at least part time. I guess Jordan hill can start, but Randle is definitely a 4

Re: Suns News: The Offseason (2015)
Pretty sure we can sign and trade Tucker and Goodwin for Chandler. Just sign LMA outright and keep Markieff or move him for something else

Re: Suns News: The Offseason (2015)
This is a really good article about our cap situation and how we could fit both LMA & Chandler. I don't think it's possible to operate as an "over the cap" team because it requires Portland AND Dallas to be willing trade partners which would divest us of players AND picks but also ope...

Not sure how a Parker-Monroe frontcourt is going to be defensively, but it's an interesting move

Re: Suns Agree to Deal with Tyson Chandler
I'm pretty stunned. My friend texted me about Chandler. My intial thought was "I really like Tyson Chandler" my 2nd thought was "He finally got a leader" my 3rd thought was "He can't play with Len". Also great mentor for len and great pick and roll player. That was alw...

Re: NBA Free Agency
Read somewhere we can do a s&t for chandler and wright. So we might still be able to offer Aldridge the max. Then S&T for Chandler. Can we go over the cap on a s&t? That would help, we'd still have to clear a lot of space. We've only got like 5 million in cap space with Wright's cap hold.

Re: Suns Agree to Deal with Tyson Chandler
I think Portland would gladly take Markieff, he's a good player on a great deal. Marcus and Tucker are just "eh" players on "eh" deals

Morris twins plus Tucker should get the salaries close enough. Bledsoe-Knight-warren-aldridge-chandler is pretty dang good

Re: Around the League: The Offseason
Kinda shows just how crazy this salary cap jump is. 55 million dollar difference. Davis might be eligible for the Derrick rose deal though where he gets more money due to his all-nba awards

Re: Around the League: The Offseason
Davis is an extension that doesn't go into effect until next year when the salary cap jumps, so it's an estimate right now. Kawhi's contract is based off the current cap

Re: NBA Free Agency
I think he's probably going to Knicks. And the problem with Monroe is you have to pair him with a rim protecting 4. He's a 5 that doesn't protect the rim.

Re: NBA Free Agency
If Millsap takes the magic offer 4/80, I'd be tempted to go after Tobias Harris. Not necessarily because he's a good fit, but he'd be a good asset with the way money is being thrown around. Although that didn't work out too great with Isaiah Thomas.

16/5/3/2 per 36 with .470/.410/.860 shooting splits. And numbers also show him to be an elite defender. Could he make a Jimmy butler jump next year? I think it's possible

Re: Suns News: The Offseason (2015)
I don't think he'll get the max, but with the cap going up, being restricted, his age and his strong play last year, he's gonna get more than most people think. I don't think 4/50 is out of the question.

Re: Suns News: The Offseason (2015)
Anyone hear anything about khris Middleton? Kawhi and butler are better, but I don't think by much. We know kawhi isn't leaving San Antonio and while it appears butler wants out of Chicago, looks like he prefers LA. What would it take to pry Middleton away from Milwaukee? Supposively he and knight w...

Re: Devin Booker, Welcome to Phoenix!
I don't think 82% warrants an only. 82% is good karl towns is 81.5% FT shooter. justice winslow on the other hand, while shooting 41% from threes, is only a 64% FT shooter. makes you wonder if his three pt shooting is an abberation or a 1 yr thing. That's impressive for towns. And I do think winslo...
