I don't believe that the SCOTUS can rule on this state case. It will go through the NY Supreme Court to rule on the appeals, and I believe that the entire court is filled entirely with black female justices . Correct me if I'm wrong about any of this. Source? (Hint: The bolded text is incorrect.)
