Re: Your Top Five for #4

It is a good point that our last few "Euro" picks are Len and Bender, though Len doesn't really count. There seem to be certain teams like the Spurs who are great at finding some diamond-in-the-rough foreign player in the late 1st round who turns into a star. But then you also get a lot o...

Re: RE: Re: Your Top Five for #4

Ntilikina is my biggest argument for not wanting Fox. Fox is certainly more proven (and a year older), and maybe quicker. Ntilikina seems to have the potential to be just as good a complement to Booker, and he's young enough to accept a bench role, plus we can maybe get him and another prospect for...

Re: Your Top Five for #4

Jayson Tatum Jonathan Isaac Frank Ntilikina Dennis Smith De'Aaron Fox Is this in order? It seems that our foreign members are higher on French Frank than most. Yes, I think that Frank is really great prospect. His defense, size and playmaking skills are what will make him a unique type of player in...

Re: RE: Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

Yea they can switch around on defense. Maybe Jackson plays some 4, Crowder can play 4. They'd have a ton of versatility, but can you win with that many role players? Can you win with IT as your 1A? At some point, will you need a "star"? This seems to be the most pressing question for Bost...

Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

https://youtu.be/75FCuzEzTO0 Of course this could very well be a bluff to get the Lakers or the Suns into a bidding war but Zach Lowe says it looks a lot like it's actually happening ... Could it be that Boston only does it when their guy is still there at #3, I mean how can they know? What if the ...

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

I think Boston takes Jackson. Outside chance they covet Tatum. Oh boy. Whomever they want, they seem to think that their guy will still be there at #3. I can only imagine that McD hates this kind of development. His old buddy Danny Ainge moving closer to our spot cannot be good news. I fear Philly'...

Re: RE: Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

I actually wonder what Bledsoe's value is. PG is maybe the deepest and most talented position in the league and there's like another 6 coming out this year. Plus with Bleds' injury history, I don't think teams are exactly lining up for him. I would think so too ... Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapat...

Adrian Wojnarowski‏Verified account @WojVerticalNBA 3m ago Deal talks are far enough along that Fultz could be on his way to Philadelphia for a meeting Saturday, sources say. Boston would acquire Sixers No. 3 overall pick in 2017 and package to include future first from Sixers, sources say. If true...

Re: RE: Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

I like your attitude, Bruiser! Thank you, Sir! I have to say, I am feeling increasingly optimistic about our chances in this year's draft because there is no doubt in my mind that there will be a great player left when it's our time to pick. We just have to make sure that we do not only have great ...

Re: RE: Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

This draft is so interesting becasue of all the ceazy wayss it could go down. Unlikely but possible scenario: #1 Fultz #2 Jackson: A lot of speculation that the Lakers love him and don't love Ball. #3 Monk: A lot of folks believe that Monk is the best fit with Simmons and with what Philadelphia nee...

Re: RE: Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

I guess this is because I believe that the mental aspect of the game is pretty significant and I feel that the entire debacle with his father, the big baller brand empire, him wanting to be a Laker so bad etc. has led to some players already hating and targeting him. I am afraid this added attentio...

Re: RE: Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

What about Bledsoe, the 4th pick and maybe some other s*** for the Lakers' 2nd pick? McD gets his guy in Lonzo, while lakers still get a good player at 4 and get Bledsoe, who's Lebron's BFF, which should help in free agency in 2018 to get Lebron. If the Laker's are inclined to move the 2nd pick, I ...

Re: 2017 Suns NBA Draft (4th, 32nd, 54th)

I cannot explain why but I really feel sickish about the idea of having Lavar’s son on our team. That happens to be the case even though I haven’t seen much of him but a few YouTube clips. I guess this is because I believe that the mental aspect of the game is pretty significant and I feel that the ...

Re: Around the League: The Offseason

A) I just want a good product in the NBA and NCAA. And direct-to-NBA would be bad for both leagues. I don't get the "she was asking for it" analogy and I don't have any tolerance for rape culture. B) 2 years in NCAA doesn't mean I think NCAA athletes should work for free. I don't mind if ...
