Yes, the "doesn't get enough touches" argument is the worst for the pay-Ayton camp because he touches the ball with an opportunity to make a play plenty of times. He usually doesn't even consider making a move to score or threaten the defense like a "max player" should.

I noticed a few times during the season Holiday was a little lost on both sides of the court, so it's hard having 4 guys out there moving at one speed and a 5th moving a step slow or thinking about where to go/what to do.

The right move has always been to match any offer for Ayton because they cannot let him go for nothing, and a sign and trade will likely be too difficult to work out. "Internally expressing a desire to play elsewhere" isn't saying a whole lot, IMO. Internally as in the locker room with his teammates? I find that hard to believe. His agent communicating with James Jones and the front office? OK, maybe. Ayton to his buddies on XBOX live? Yeah, probably.

I don't know what you're talking about. I'm completely rational about a game that has ruined my day/night on countless occasions.

Did he "ask out" as you say? I haven't seen it reported so clearly.
