Re: 2016 NBA DRAFT
Also, I was watching a little bit of Chandler Hutchinson video yesterday and had flashbacks of Scottie Pippen in his movements. Is that crazy?

Re: 2016 NBA DRAFT
If the Suns don't move their picks, I would be happy with a Ayton, Huerter, Okobo draft.

Did anyone see ESPNs draft preview show tonight? They had the Suns pick Ayton #1 and Aaron Holiday #16. Michael Porter jr went 15. If that happened, I would trade up for MPJ and find a pg at 31.

Re: 2018 NBA Playoffs, Third Round (Conf. Finals)
1. I have no idea how Scott Foster keeps getting these gigs in big games, he is atrocious. 2. D'Antoni needed to make adjustments and just didn't. He still hasn't learned how to stem the tide. 3. Obviously losing CP3 was a huge blow to the flow of the offense and keeping it from getting stagnant. 4....

Jordan would have had 65/25/19 and won in 5.

I try to watch the Jump. They have been brutal to the Suns, but rightfully so. I'm a sucker for everything NBA.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Sun May 27, 2018 3:04 amDo people still watch ESPN programming? Like, really sit down and watch it. For entertainment?

Re: 2018 NBA Playoffs, Third Round (Conf. Finals)
I'm firmly in the MJ-as-GOAT camp. I think a big factor people forget are the rule changes, the hand-checking ban and the defensive changes and other things. Back when MJ played you could grab and push and touch a guy when defending him. Teams had their hands all over MJ. The Bad Boy Pistons partic...

Re: 2018 Suns Offseason News
It's funny, I would actually consider him with the 59th pick. I would also consider Giannis's brother Kosta for that spot too. If he's in the draft, I would expect Kosta to go higher than 59th purely based on pedigree. I'm pretty sure he's in the draft, but is nowhere to be found on lists. He is te...

Re: 2018 NBA Playoffs, Third Round (Conf. Finals)
He is the GOAT. I probably will never agree with that. Nope, me either. Those of us that were old enough to appreciate Jordan's entire run never will. In the end, LeBron will play longer and have more records but Jordan will always be the GOAT. I'm old enough to enjoy his entire run and I think LeB...

https://www.eurohoops.net/en/nba-news/683804/suns-gm-on-doncic-i-dont-have-any-concerns-with-him-physically/ Very strong opinion by McDonough on Doncic. I am not as concerned about his athleticism as some seem to be. He is basically Joe Johnson's size (I think he is half an inch shorter) and weight...

I do disagree with not addressing defense with the Ayton pick, as I think he will improve the interior defense, along with the ability to defend on the perimeter. Ayton is an improvement over Len/Chandler, but I don't think he turns that area into a plus for the team. I doubt any one player does th...

Re: Sterling Brown tased by police
It's easy to make assumptions on what the cops are thinking. I saw it, and yeah the cops were being dicks, but they can be in that situation. First of all, they are making an assumption that here is a prick parked across a handicapped space because he thinks he's better or entitled than everyone els...

Aside from what currently is trending in the NBA, there are a few things that keep me from going all in on Ayton. When I look at what pieces are already in place and what can be added to build a championship contender, I the following shopping list: 1. An engine - a facilitator/playmaker 2. Defense...

Having said that, I've been listening to Ayton's high school coach, his college coach, and James Jones and I am now full on team Ayton for our #1 draft pick. The guy is just too big and strong and skilled and continues to get better at every level as well as doesn't miss a workout. He's my guy. Mak...

Re: Roster Rebuild Game
I saw this on the realgm suns forum. Warren, Chriss, Chandler, Dudley, #16 for Kemba and Howard. If the Suns take Ayton, they can play him alongside Howard or the 3 time DPOY could teach him a thing or two about protecting the paint. Of course, Kemba provides some very nice outside shooting alongsid...
