You know after getting the first pick and still being worse than last year it proves one thing. Alex was the glue that held this dumpster fire together. With out him we are lost. :P

Not sure why this wasn’t talked about more. I get that he’s a rookie but still...his basketball IQ must be close to Jackson’s level to not play the 3pt line and put his teammates in a compromising spot.
I talked about this exact point. Do you guys have me on mute?
Did you guys hear anything? I thought I heard someone. Maybe it was my inner voice, my ... intuition.

Yeah, Ayton messed up that rotation, but why was he even on the court? Again with the weird rotations and miscommunication between players and coach.

Can we rename the site and refer to all things "Suns" as "Sh!tshow" from now on? So new site is phx-sh!tshow.net.

This way, I don't have to refer to Sarver as the owner of the Suns, but instead he's the owner of the Sh!tshow.

Sorry guys, this is not going well.
As I said I'm really bad at this game.
The answer is Ason Kidd.
I have a bad feeling that Sarver will soon fire Igor and hire Kidd as a HC who is famous for pushing the players mentally. I suspect that Sarver might think that this is exactly what our players need.
Hope this line of dreadful thoughts never realize.

Would not surprise me. Kidd could be a combo coach / GM.

I would not be surprised either by this move and told a friend yesterday during the game, we can probably expect that pretty soon. You can't lose all your games by 20+ points and expect to keep your job.

Do we really think Igor is going to get fired during the first month of the season? That's not going to happen and it would be stupid to do. I'm not saying Igor is without blame, but we've played a really tough schedule and our players just aren't that good. I'm disappointed, but we're not at fire the coach territory and I'd be very surprised if that happened any time this season.

You can't do that again if you are Sarver. You already know you are thought of as one of the bottom 5 owners in the league, and it impacts your FA acquisitions as well as your FO hires. You do that again, you might as well announce to the league that you don't know what you are doing, and nobody should want to come here. You have to let your newly hired coach have a team on the floor of NBA players before you decide to hire him. You have already publicly said that the reason you fired your GM was because he didn't get you a PG, and that is the biggest need. So you fire your coach even though you still didn't get him a PG?

This entire org is such a joke.

It's a terrible look to fire a new coach so soon. It's never done, but it also seems like he may have lost this team and they aren't listening to him. They are losing quickly and not competing. What do you suggest they do?

good news. They both need to get plenty of game experience, and they can't do that at the same time here or in NAZ.

I would suggest they field a team of NBA players, at least at the starting 5.

This. We just don't have very good players right now.

Booker has missed games and hasn't been fully healthy for others.
Warren has been our best player this year and he spent most of it backing up Anderson so far.
We've played Anderson and Jackson big minutes and they've been next level awful.
We have a 3rd string PG as our starter.

I'd start Booker/Bridges/Warren/Ayton at the 2-5. Then make a move for a PG to add to that squad. Use Canaan/Crawford/Ariza/Holmes off the bench. Jackson can be used to acquire a PG or fight with Crawford/Daniels for backup minutes.

If that team continues to lose by 20 points every night, all season, then you probably have to let him go, but it's hard for me to envision a scenario where I fire Igor during year 1.

Sarver is in a tough spot because he just fired Ryan, and if the roster stinks that bad, you can't fire Igor too. Plus, I assume he's feeling some heat for how often he fires people.

But I do think there's a chance he fires Igor sometime this season.

I don't know anything about Vegas odds, but here's a Dark Side article about it:

Keep in mind that nobody on this team has played more minutes than Ariza. And he is a -13 in net Ortg vs Drtg. Canaan is #4 in minutes, and he is a -20. Anderson is a -24. Whether or not Ariza is a starting level player at the 3 in this league is questionable. It is not questionable if Anderson or Canaan are. Clearly they are not, but they are for us.

I hope it's a one gamer. Okobo is starting to get comfortable out there. He had a nice 5 assist / 0 turnover game yesterday.

I just realized that despite how awful Book has been on one end of the floor, if we were just average in pace, Booker would be leading the league in points per game, and TJ would be 3rd.

League average pace is right at 100.0. We are at 98.8.
