Actually, we do. PJ Tucker. We just hadn't put him on him yet.
Eddie Johnson, is that you?

That was a fun 2nd half.
I hope you're not serious. That was good D. Wiggins made a tough shot.

I know you watched the game. How many did KAT score in the fourth quarter while PJ was guarding him?

He took a whole 12 shots all game, because Thibs is an idiot.

When he'd been having his way, it only felt appropriate at the time.

I have not watched the replay but on initial viewing it looked like Tucker slipped when he bit on the crossover as did Wiggins but recovered in time to nail the jumper with Tucker being a fraction of a second late on the contest.

Just watched again. Tucker just overplayed the drive and Wiggins stepped back & hit the jumper. Wasn't bad defense really but he played it expecting a drive & not the step back jumper.

Watching Rubio drive hard on Ulis and finish with the layup despite Rubio being a poor scorer and especially finisher reminded me of Ulis' limits.

Unlike IT, Ulis isn't built like a tank and anytime someone sees that Ulis is guarding them, their gonna iso and just drive to the rim all day.

His ceiling is average backup PG.

That SEC defensive player of the year award must have been a fluke.

Probably true. If we win the opportunity to draft Fultz or Ball, don't pass on account of Ulis.

Yeah, I don't know if anybody could have stopped it. Step back jumpers are hard to stop. Jimmy Butler has become the master of that shot. Booker's not bad at it either.

Tucker did a really good job denying him the ball and making him get his touches out on the perimeter and not in his comfort zone. Gotta give him credit, he played great defense!

I would like to think that this game was a showdown between two young teams that will be exciting and playoff-bound within a few years. I have more confidence that that will happen for the Wolves than that it will for us, though. :-) Maybe if we do the right thing and semi-tank our way into a top-5 pick this summer, we can get one more key piece in our rebuild. Sure feels like we need another stud guard, most likely a PG who is good at passing among other skills.
