I think they wouldn't, but Lou Williams (expiring) and Wesley Johnson (two years) for Bledsoe-DJJr works. If they add a 1stR, I'd be all over it.Shabazz wrote:Would LAC give us Beverly for Bledsoe? Maybe Beverly and another piece? I think PB would be a great backcourt complement to Booker.

That makes more sense. Why would a guy on another team be making trade proposals?specialsauce wrote:That's a fake deangelo account

Re: Bledsoe wants out!
No thanks to Holiday, no way Conley happens, Payton doesn't play any defense and he's up for an extension so not terribly interested.
I know we are all down on Bledsoe but when motivated he's a good player, great 2nd or 3rd option. He's not as long as Brogdon but he is a better player, and he would definitely help their team out because he can shoot the 3 and attack a closeout, and play off of Giannis. He would also instantly make Denver relevant, and fits their timeline (at least Millsap's timeline).
No interest in taking back any immediate pieces, would be happy with some warm body and a future first, though hopefully in the teens range.
Not going to judge Bledsoe's character here. He's been a good trooper. Wish we had traded him last year before we alienated him by sitting him fully healthy for the last 20 odd games (and ruining my fantasy team in the process, goddammit).

I think you're overestimating the Suns leverage here, Mr. Pickle.

I think it's smart. Now hopefully we find a decent trade soon.

Gambo saying a few teams are aggressively going after Bledsoe. We have no leverage so hopefully we don't get screwed over too badly. You'd think McD would be tired of doing this dance already. How many players is this now?
Re: Bledsoe wants out!
Just got a fantasy alert that M. Brogdon's status changed from healthy to out. First thing I thought of was that we already had a trade in place for Bledsoe.

Does he say who? Here's another Woj tweet:ShelC wrote:Gambo saying a few teams are aggressively going after Bledsoe. We have no leverage so hopefully we don't get screwed over too badly. You'd think McD would be tired of doing this dance already. How many players is this now?
Re: Bledsoe wants out!
Looks like a trade could happen at any time. Suns sent Bledsoe home this morning, a few teams are aggressively pursuing him. Knicks? Magic? Nugs?
Honestly, I'd take back IT, let him rehab and then let him walk unless he takes a major paycut.

Hmmm... I was really hoping that the Suns were going to get that Nets pick from Cleveland, but I'm sure that was too much to hope for.Superbone wrote:Just got a fantasy alert that M. At least a few teams will create a little bit of leverage. We can at least pit them against eachother.ShelC wrote:Gambo saying a few teams are aggressively going after Bledsoe.
