Absolutely. A number of Blazers, from Dame to Aminu, tried to score on him and none could as far as I can remember. His lateral mobility catches your eye when it is somebody that tall. Obviously he is not strong, and I bet his stamina and endurance suck right now with the transition to the NBA game, especially if he is giving it all on defense, but he is useful and the coach needs to play him. The mechanics on his shot look good too, although the release is a little slow. He can put the ball on the floor.
