love that comment Shabazz

I am proud that we managed to out tank one of the worst teams in leagues history. That's takes some kind of skill

The sub patterns were basically like we were trying to lose.
That end of the 3rd quarter pretty much sums it up. Young guys (booker and Len) giving us energy and actually making the defense work off screens and pnr. Len getting some looks at the hoop. Yet we replace this with Ronnie and PJ (sounds like a bad sitcom name) small ball and get toasted. Yet we kept going back to that line up in the 4th?!
Did PJ play the whole the whole 3rd whilst Warren was banished in the 2nd half? Why? For hustle, well if it doesn't even beat the 6ers then its not worth shit.

Coach just loves average veterans and this is a major issue and we continue to tread water until we eventually drown ourselves.

I don't get why coach plugs in booker for a spark and then when it works shots himself in the foot and he is allowed to do this game after game. Can hornacek just go down with some dignity and at the press conference say something so plainly logical like' I gave the shitty vets their last chance tonight and they did not repay that faith so its time for them to take a back seat.'

I guess they blame injuries for the loss.

Yep, I've figured the game plan out - and it's a damn site better than anything Hornacek's come up with for, at least, the last month.

1.) Fire Hornacek & put him out of our misery, give Nate Bjorkgren what's left of the reins the rest of the season.

2.) Get Knight's IQ-draining game the fuck back up to Milwaukee with the rights for Bogdan Bogdanovich for Tyler Ennis and the $14.6 million worth of expiring contracts in O.J. Mayo and Greivis Vasquez. Shit - throw Price in there if there's still salary to match up on our end.

3.) If the Houston deal for Markieff bombs (Jones, Brewer), re-unite his pouting ass with his brother straight-up for Ilyasova's $7.9 million expiring.

4.) Extend Jon Leuer. 4a.) Draft Henry Ellenson to take the place of the out-going Mirza Teletovic.

5.) Cut the rest of the fat off the roster - said fat to be determined after the next 50 games' assessment. *NO MORE 2 PG BACKCOURT*.

6.) Hire Becky Hammon as the Suns' new head coach.

Any suggestions what happens next?

The game was on FSAZ+, not FSAZ.

Yeah my recording didn't work either. The Directv "team" and "season" feature are very unreliable. This is the first time I was happy about it.

head coach is not the problem
the problem is the Cerberus of the front office, Sarver, Babby and McDonough.
all three need to go.

Hahha see? Bottomless.

You know what? I am going to download the game and watch it as baked as possible. I am going to treat the Suns the same way I do with flicks like Torque or Prometheus. I am going to love it for the stupid, the ugly and the bad.

Thank goodness I missed this inexcusable loss. There is not justifiable reason for this one. They clearly have better talent, were playing at home and coming off a couple of days off. They just didn't give a shit.

I really wouldn't be surprised if we find out in the morning that Jeff Hornacek has been fired.

I'm not opposed to Hammon or even Walton in general, but I think we need a tested, veteran, coach to instill discipline and coach this roster up.

I am in the same boat with Hammon (and I am not interested in Walton). I have a feeling that a new, untested coach will not have the respect of the boneheads on our roster. I would really love to take the INF path and just get rid of our highest paid players that can't make smart basketball plays.

See I think these guys can win, you just can't be a hands off coach and leave the decision making up to the guards the way MikeD did with Nash, Kerr/Walton do with Curry, Hornacek did with Goran.

Slow it down, play halfcourt and pound the sets and defensive principals into them the way Larry Brown, Thibs, Skiles do. Take the decision making out of their hands and just have them execute the designed plays. It might not be "Suns" basketball, but these aren't the "Suns" guards we're used to.

And honestly, whereas people are bitching about getting value for Markieff, I don't think you'll get true value for Knight and Bledsoe making 80mil apiece. Guards are in abundance and nearly every team has one at least as good as ours. That's why it's almost always easier to replace the coach and find one more in line with the roster. Beside, is getting rid of our guards and keeping Hornacek the next 2-3-4 years really the route we want to go? He's not exactly Gregg Popovich.
