If this happens, it will be a mix of good and bad on the KD front. If it is true that they het a "haul" for him, it will raise the perceived price for KD. But it also limits stars that are out there and on the block, which should give us more leverage.

Pomp aside, congrats to him for getting hitched. My own wedding was just about the happiest day of my life, and it had its own extravagances, though not a mowed path through a meadow. Glad he found his person and hope he is happy.

Seems like the Lakers are floating Westbrook and 1 1st…don’t want to trade both. Don’t think they’ll get much of a haul…maybe Utah would give up Conley/Clarkson/Bogey for Westbrook and a 1st?

Why would anyone give up anything of value for Westbrook? He's not the same player and he has negative trade value.

You could pick up a first round draft choice a lot cheaper than paying Westbrook $47 million.

No the other team is also sending salary back. You’re getting the 1st round pick to pay Westbrook instead of the other players. For a team that’s not trying to win(Utah and Indiana). They don’t care who they’re paying if the salaries are the same. Utah would also get off like 30 million in the 2023-24 season as well in that deal.

Couldn’t agree with Draymond more. I don’t think it’s a fair discussion because of all the advancements, but if you had a Time Machine and could just put the ‘17 warriors on the court with the ‘96 bulls, I don’t think it’d be close. Warriors would decimate them.
