Ayton--Phoenix
Doncic--Phoenix
Young--Phoenix
Bamba--Phoenix

Something is happening here.
What do you mean?
The "laughingstock of the league" and "nobody wants to come here" storyline is changing. Players like the Jackson and Booker combo. They also like the Kokoskov angle.
It might just be "there's plenty of minutes and shots up for grabs."

Most web sites have him #1 on their draft board, but #2 on their mock draft. They think he's the best prospect, but that most teams would rather have Ayton at #1.

Nbadraft.net has him going #2 but listed #6 on their big board.
CBSsports has him listed #3 in their prospect rankings.
ESPN has him listed #2 in their rankings.

I cannot find one site outside thestepien and theringer that list him #1.

I see him listed as #1 on an elite basketball analysis site, phx-suns.net.

Fair enough. I saw him at #1 on ESPN a while ago, and I don't follow nbadraft.net at all.

I wasn't trying to disagree, just wondering what sites you were visiting.

Worst case for me is if the Suns pick Jaren Jackson Jr. I know a bunch of so called draftniks, armchair scouts, and nba math geeks love him. I see total bust, and that's my 26 years of coaching experience talking. I know the advanced numbers love him, but my gut says it would be a complete mistake.

I agree that he has great defensive instincts, but there is so much blah and meh to the rest of his game to me.

The only other site's I checked are not more reputable than those.

Tankathon actually has a draft board aside from their mock draft, and they have Doncic #1. SI.com has him #2, I think.

Is she still alive? I just don't see how she would allow this day to be.

'Bazz, you might need to change the thread title. Either that, or we make a new thread and then compare to see if things change now that we actually have it.

I think she died of irrelevance. During the Colangelo era we were cursed. Post-Colangelo we’ve been too poorly managed to have any business complaining about luck.
