OK, really confused now about what's going on with Wood.
My guess is someone reported it before it was final. Probably close, but no deal yet. Someone trying to beat Shams and Woj to it.

I would give up a lot for John Collins, including Cam.

It was frank isola. Pretty notable sports reporter. Interesting what ends up happening with Wood.

He does seem like he’s gone with Capela there, drafting Okungwu and signing Gallo.

Him and Ayton can be suspension buddies together. Suspensayton.

I wonder if we even had discussions with Wood? I would have loved him on the Suns.
Anyone else getting a sinking feeling that adding Paul is going to be the only noteworthy move this off-season?
Yes. Especially after the suns employees news today.
??? What news?

Ah, just saw that.

They also announced they are rolling all season ticket holders tickets over to next season.

That's tough and also makes the Paul signing a little confusing (given it only really makes sense if you spend more to round out the roster in a cohesive way)

Sending prospects away to get CP3 when you don’t have the money to get any other talent is the most Robert Sarver thing he could do

The big contracts always go first...money will dry up and we can get deals on some guys that make sense for us. I’m still looking at Millsap, Burks, Holliday, maybe Crowder.

Milsap is sneaky good. He's a top 10 PF in terms of RPM. Elite defender who doesn't rely on athleticism, kind of like Kurt Thomas. He's a 40% 3 point shooter, who provides spacing. 2 years at $19m would make me very happy.
