I only caught the final 3 minutes…Can’t believe Shamet showed up!

Not sure how Ayton played the whole time, but he had a couple nice plays at the end.
Foul trouble most of the game but I was happy with his effort at the end.
I really don't want to hear about his lack of effort or focus when he's not getting a bunch of scoring chances. He can clearly impact the game like he did tonight without using the "touches" excuse.

Two Observations:

Shamet has gotten grief from all of us...his 5/8 from the arc was a winner...kudos! He has to be given some credit...

On the Jokovic question, reminds me of how the commisioner f'd us in the SA series while letting Duncan come onto the floor and get a free pass. This and other times the league acted to screw Phx in the playoffs. If there's any justice, one could make an argument that turn about is fair play...if we get pegged with the letter of the law, why should another team be given a free pass for the same?

Toss Jokic. He can't be pushing fans like that, much less an owner.

Also, it makes me sick that Isiah Thomas is sitting next to the owner. He'll have his hooks into the front office sooner than later.
Yeah, I grimace every time I see them together.

Booker got his 4th 🤦🏽‍♂️
I really thought he had fouled out when they called that one on him on Jokic at the top of the three point line. Thankfully, it was only his 5th.

Big question is whether they are going to suspend Jokic, it was a bad look.

It’s going to be interesting.
If it was the Suns and Ayton did it, he would for sure be suspended. In the Stern days anyway, my bet is no repercussions for Jokic.

I like Book, KD and Sham combining for 91 today better than Book, KD and DA (or sham for that matter) combining for 90 last game :D

Yeah, no complaints. He gave great effort throughout. Refs still calling ticky tack fouls on him that they call on no one else.

Two really well matched teams, it's been coming down to who can hit a few more 3s these past few games. Tonight we got it from Shamet so good on him. Solid defense again doing what he could against Murray. But we know Murray and Jokic are going to get theirs, it's just keeping the rest from going off.

DA stepped it back up and really made some nice hustle and energy plays at the end. The extended rests may be working for him, especially when guarding Jokic is so much work. Great game by Jock again, immediate impact on both ends and just helps with the flow of the offense.

It's Book and KD vs Jokic and Murray and then everyone else. Monty's figured out the bench for now, gotta see how Denver adjusts at home.

I just went back and looked at the replay of the Jokic/a Ishbia stuff…not sure what they are gonna do there, but that was really stupid by Jokic.
When has the NBA headquarters ever ruled anything in the Suns favor?

I agree, if it was Stern he'd be suspended. Silver tries to protect the integrity of the game, and is way more lenient.

I wouldn't want Jokic suspended anyway. I want to beat the nuggets at their best.

Would be nice if they just stop calling the BS fouls on Ayton and let us play evenly.

Malone is wrong. It's the officials job to control the ball. Jokic had no reason to engage the people courtside.

That said, they had better not suspend Jokic. Just move on.

Looking at that replay, Ishbia isn’t even looking at Jokic…he seems to be looking down at Okogie who flew into the stands. Jokic just comes up and tries to rip it out of his hands…I think instinct is to hold on…then the ball flew further back and that’s when Jokic shoves Mat…Just a bad look for Jokic. Ya maybe Ishbia could have gotten the ball back quicker, but the ball has to go to the ref. What was Jokic in such a hurry for anyways…would the refs have let him inbound while Okogie was in the stands? I feel like they would’ve held the ball until Okogie was back in the court.

I kinda hope Jokic plays though…I won’t cry if he’s suspended obviously, but I don’t want to hear all the whining from people that we only won because Jokic was suspended.

Can this please factor into the league office's decision? :P

I am reminded once again of how much I can't stand Malone.

Yep, Jokic lost his mind for a second. He's prone to do it at the strangest times. Remember when he whacked Cam Payne in the face two years ago?
