They should just stick to football year-round
They should stick to being off-air, along with Jarrett Carlin. How that guy has a job and is allowed to speak on radio is beyond me.
Jarrett Carlen? Sports Kabob? I thought he was just comic relief.
He produces Bickley and Marotta and is basically a third host of the show because he can’t stay off the mic. He’s not funny at all, and he takes the show on stupid tangents all the time. I would pay money to have him be gone.
I'm not so down on him. He's not an Ayton fan at all, being a bitter UofA alum, but he's better than listening to Doug.

People still listen to local sports talk radio? For enjoyment?

I just listen to their Suns content for the most part via their app.

1) trade for lonzo
2) sign lin or rose in the offseason as "off the bench"/"closer" PG, maybe 3yr/39 mil.

It is almost criminal how bad that azcentral web site is. Stuff popping up all over it, a weird layout and look, and if you accidentally click in the wrong place, the whole article closes. Who made it??

Jrue Holiday. Can anyone tell me why we haven't gone all in on him? Not even rumors of us looking to make a trade for him. Am I missing something or is Holiday overrated?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Jrue is fantastic. I'm worried that he isn't exactly a pg. In fact, he plays better when he's matched up in the backcourt with a pg.

Because we have no front office.

Jrue is really an ideal fit. He's a tough scoring PG with great size, athleticism and can play D. Also has the experience you want and can take the lead at point the moment he steps on the floor. You could even move him off the ball with Melton and Okobo at times. If he's available, we should be making a strong effort to get him.

I think it’s because New Orleans has no interest moving Jrue. You can’t just go out and get someone, the other team has to be willing to trade him.

Yeah, but with AD wanting out, why not get in on trying to pry away sometime from a sinking ship.

If the Pels get back a good return with a big, they could decide to keep it together and try to reload than rebuild. The talent is there with Jrue, Elf, Randle, Mirotic and possibly Okafor.

I agree, I think we should look into it. I think it’s possible we asked and they just simply said, no we’re not moving him. Something like that wouldn’t likely leak to the public. If Jrue gets traded, I’d guess it would happen in the offseason.

I'd guess that New Orleans is focusing on AD right now and isn't taking a lot of calls about Jrue or others. It's hard to do two blockbuster trades in a week. But I could be wrong.

Agreed, that’s why I think it’s very unlikely Jrue gets traded before the deadline. Also, Woj has reported that Randle, Mirotic, and Moore are available...no mention of Jrue

AD, Randle and Jrue for Ayton, TJ, JJ, Bender, and Anderson.

Phoenix - Jrue, Booker, Bridges, Randle and AD

NO - Elf, some mofo, JJ, Mirotic, Ayton

Who says no?!?!

NO says no, that’s the 3 best players of a borderline playoff team for 2 of the 3 best players of the worst team in the nba plus some extra garbage.

I think our 2019 pick needs to come into play here for NO to think about it.

For that deal, I would give them multiple picks (2019 unprotected, 2021 unprotected, MIL pick).

I know it's me as a fan most likely over valuing the players on the team. I think value wise, Phx wins this trade hands down, but I just hate to see them trade Ayton. Even though he frustrates me from time to time, and it's possible that he never gets to Davis' level, it's tough. I also think they may have to put the 2019 pick on the table, unfortunately. At least some type of picks.
