The Suns used to own this town.
And now they are about to get passed by the Coyotes.
I wouldn't go that far.
You might be right, but 1,500 is not all that many to overcome and the Coyotes may be a lock to make the playoffs next year, along with being an up and coming team in the NHL. There is a small but rabid fanbase for them.
I know. My brother is a huge fan. But he's always complaining about their lack of support.

I posted the Stein tweet in the article but not the clutch points article itself.

I want Williams. I think he'll be good for this team and he can grow with them. And he's be a rare recent hire with HC experience.

I saw that somewhere, but not sure it was here. It sounds really interesting, honestly.

Player development seems to be an area we can make fairly big gains fairly quickly. We have players who for a variety of reasons haven't developed as quickly or as much as expected...Jackson, bender etc etc
If we can properly develop that players we already have it would really help

No thanks. Id rather have Johnson than Dragic on the team next year.

Since Igor is gone, no need for Dragic here. Jrue is a pipe dream IMHO. Trade TJ and Mil. pick for Conley and then draft Morant. PG problem solved ?
But how to get that damn decent-mediocre PF player.

There goes the fantasy that the assistant coaches were fired to let the new head coach hire his own guys.

But maybe this helps us get Brandon Clarke.

We shouldn't include a pick in a deal for Conley. We'd be taking a ton of money off their books.

i was thinking dragic, winslow for tj, tj warren, and josh jackson.

you get two point guards in the deal: dragic and point justise.

I would do that deal. Why would Miami? To get Jackson? I would think they would not want to throw in Winslow in a deal so casually.

I imagine, but don't know, that the Suns will have better opportunities in trades this off-season.

I don’t understand the obsession with dragic. He’s old and breaking down. He spent a good chunk of the year hurt last year and is not the same player he once was.

hes not really hurt. they shut him down after dec 15 passed to give winslow exclusive time at starting pg.

He played 22 games after Dec 15. And him not being very good anymore is the bigger reason I don’t want him.

I'm not on the Dragic bandwagon, but he's smart enough to lead a team and still good enough to be the 4th option. And he's only on contract for one more year. I'm not convinced he's an upgrade from Tyler Johnson anymore, though. And there's no way he plays for Sarver again.
