Fouls called in the paint are way out of balance between these teams. Sengun hit Ayton, no call. He does the same to Wood, foul on Ayton.

Do love the energy and boost Javale can infuse us with. I love his effort. He try’s to do too much at times, but I can live with that.

Suns on a nice run after giving up the lead. JaVale changing the game with his blocks and energy. Cam Johnson with a nice transition dunk and a putback tap, then a couple Book 3s. Really turned it up on both ends towards the end of the 3rd.

Also how does Javale only have 1 block in the box score? Pretty sure he had a block on 3 straight Rockets possessions.

I am a witness, Booker hit a pull-up 3!

Love to see the off-movement 3s for Landry. He’s having a real nice game. Also Cam attacking the rim!

The first should've been a goaltend, so maybe they counted that as a rebound or steal? The third possession was called a goaltend.

Maybe it would've come eventually, but McGee flipped the game with his defensive energy.

Bridges is so good in transition…he’s fast, but he’s not all that fast, I think he just sees the opportunity to run before everyone else. Such a smart player.

Solid all around game from Book…a few too many turnovers, but some promising stuff.

The second quarter got a little sideways, but I'd call this the first professional win of the season.

Looks like it was changed to 2…I wondered what they called on the last one. I thought they called a foul and then we had the ball so I was confused.

Better effort by second unit.
Shamet got unleashed and Payton was in the thick of it. Cam also had some moments.

I felt DA’s frustration with some of his foul calls. Especially the “what the fuck!?” foul.

Wild game. A few observations:

Seems like when the Suns offense is helter skelter they are unstoppable. Bookers makes never eve touch rim. Not sure how you can recreate this but the less structured the better they are.

Ayton and McGee are very different players. Ayton is better but McGee is so much more effective. That’s not slander towards DA it’s just strange how different they are.

Shamets best game. He was starting to worry me.

Felt like Cam should have been 9 for 9. Not sure what he needs to do to break through but man he needs it.

Nader isn’t an NBA player. Sorry but I just don’t see it. Gotta package him with Jaylen.

You can see it (and hear every word lol) right here: https://www.nba.com/stats/events/?GameE ... )&sct=plot

Ridiculous call.

He was yelling at the wrong ref I believe…baseline ref didn’t make the foul call. But not sure why he’s getting upset. Game was over. Probably a bad call, but just gotta let that one go.

I only hear one whistle but both refs signaled foul at the same time.

Ayton had a good game statistically: 16 pts. and 11 boards.
But he was 8-17 from the field, missing four or five easy hoops.
He could have had 25-30 pts. easy, because he was getting loose in the paint consistently.
