I’m really down on Payne this season guys. He past up an open midrange and drove into a wall. I worry he is now too predictable for playoff basketball.

Man Cam is rolling in the starting lineup and looks great tonight. Don’t think we can take him out when Crowder is back. He is making himself some big money 💰

Booker was not so good that first half.

He had like 5 shots hit every part of the rim and not go down. I'm not worried.

Needs to find his shot again, develop a right hand finish, and keep working on the midrange stuff. He’s flashed a mid range pull up and a floater. Also his turnovers have jumped up this year.

His 6 million a year salary makes more sense now though. We’ll see if he can adjust to how defenses are playing him now.

I'm pretty sure it'll require a slump, team or Cam himself, for Crowder to get back into the starting lineup routinely.

I think the issue is that everyone was expecting him to continue improving, but he looks the same or worse on most nights. Everything you said he needs to improve could've been said in the bubble.

Ya 17/5 tonight at halftime on 8 shots. Sure we lose some toughness, but the spacing for everyone else gets better and Cam is an underrated defender.

Thought I saw a tweet on the timeline today with someone from suns Twitter calling a Cam Johnson career high tonight, they are looking like a prophet early

He often caught people off guard with his quick finishes around the rim and he’s not doing that anymore. Think there could be something to him not playing with Saric anymore too. Saric spaced the floor for him and allowed him a clearer path to the rim. Also took on some playmaking responsibility. He might be pressing a bit as the only playmaker on the 2nd unit.

Did Jimmy Jackson just spew a bunch of fake news about Jalen Smith?
Said he played 1 year of college. False.

Said they’ll probably pick up his option. Can’t.

Said he’s 2 years removed from high school. Umm what?

Said he spent his summer in between high school and college as a riverboat captain on the Potomac. I made that up. Greg made the rest up.

LOL. NBA on TNT Halftime Report. They are giving Barkley so much shit. "Answer the question. 1 to 10." Meanwhile, Charles keeps trying to list the order of the 2 or 3 things he considers NBA Finals contenders. I was cracking up.

I thought Anthony was doing OK until his egregious errors about Stix.

Still, he's an OK foil with a softer spoken delivery vs. Harlan's occasional vocal bombast.
