I too think he shouldn’t play tomorrow because it’s 1 game too early.

When Devin Booker dies after tomorrow’s loss from re-aggravating his ankle-foot-calf/huge cock strain injuries for coming back 1 game too early, the blood will be on your guys’s hands.

Shame on all of you.

You guys couldn’t just wait one more game, huh? Captain Ahab has to go hunt his white whale?

It's going to be a yo yo of "our full, true team" and a partial team of one or two of our star players. We need to build an identity and look cohesive regardless. We also need a PG as we can't depend on all 3 being healthy to offset the glaring hole of a non distributing PG when point Book is possibly resting or injured. I don't see Beal as that distributing PG that Booker is able to be.

People like to bring up "if we didn't have KD, we wouldn't have gotten the star-studded bench and the guys we signed wouldn't have come here". The same guys that have paired up with 1 or 2 of our "superstars" and shit the bed in the 4th quarter of almost all of our games.

Way to go coach. Way to go roster that requires us to have all 3 of our stars aligned if we want to win games.
You've mentioned the need for a point guard many times, and I'd like to hear how you would make that happen. I don't see a path to a PG that will move the needle without moving one of the big 3. Personally, I think we are better off with Book at point than any other realistic, available options.
Isn't there a PG in Indiana averaging 13 minutes per game?

No PG's out there you all say...

After a tough conversation about playing time, T.J. McConnell still always ready to contribute for Indiana Pacers
McConnell won't play every night, but he will be solid when he is needed

McConnell would have been useful during these games Book missed, but I don’t think he would help this team in the playoffs. He wouldn’t play. Is he better than Goodwin? He’s a better pg, but Goodwin is bigger, better shooter(TJ doesn’t take 3s at all).

We're not making a trade 10 games into the season after not seeing our full team perform. Even if we were at full strength and struggling, we wouldn't be looking at trades.

Who needs a PG. Offense has looked fantastic with the highly touted depth and bench. Young and Vogel have them looking great. I'm looking forward to the next inevitable injury as the excuse, not the roster or lack of PG.

I’m with ya AIG. I’ve been sounding the alarm since July 16, when we got rid of our last remaining point guard.

Even with Cam Payne we probably still be 4-6. Cam Payne just isn’t that good anymore.

Wouldn’t mind adding a PG but not sure who we could realistically get with the assets we have that would make any sort difference. Might be better to see who ends up on the buyout market.

Tyus Jones looks like he wants to commit Hari Kari every time I watch Washington.

I watch too much NBA and can't bring myself to sit through more than half a quarter of Wizards basketball.

He was good as a starter. We were 9-6 when Payne started last season, and 2-2 in the playoffs. That's better than 4-6.

One of his starts was only 15 minutes on April 7. When he started 14 games in a row, he averaged 15.1 ppg on .395 3FG%, 7.3 apg, 1.0 spg, 2.2 t/o in 31.5 mpg with a 9-5 record.

Payne’s not the kind of PG the suns need. They need a game manager, not an offensive spark-plug. And if we did have him, he certainly wouldn’t start with this roster.

Got it. So if they stay out 5 games, the answer is they should’ve missed 6. If they miss 6, the answer is 7. You is a genius! Medical school schmedical schmool

With no Booker and/or Beal for these first ten games?

Payne was a very underrated game manager and playmaker. 7.3 assists doesn't just materialize out of thin air. If it did, we should have a player (besides Booker's 2 games) averaging that right now with all of the scoring talent on this team.

Waiting one game past when the medical staff clears them would sure be working a helluva a lot better than whatever we have been doing so far.

Please stop with this Cam Payne campaign. It's gross and he's not good.
