The Mercury elo ate the Sparks and move to the West Finals.

The game on ESPN2 is followed by the NWSL Semifinal, Seattle vs. Washington. As long as we're being pigs and judging athletes on their looks, this is much better than the WNBA. Seattle's goalie, Hope Solo (isn't that a Star Wars character?) looks like Megan Fox.

The dunk:

It's the first dunk in WNBA playoff history.

Hmm. What would the legalities be of signing Griner to a Suns contract?

The fanbase would sue you for being just too dumb to run an NBA franchise.

Thanks, Cap. I found game 1 but couldn't find game 2. Never thought to look on national TV!

Watching WCF game one against the defending champion Lynx. Man, I sure wouldn't want to run into McCarville in a dark alley.

I have tried multiple times to watch WNBA games and I just cant. Its so ugly and unathletic. Its like watching 10 old dudes at the gym play ball.

Jkalldaway, now there's a name I haven't seen for a long time! How ya been?

Wish I could have seen the game. Smokin' Penny had a smokin' stat line with 16 points (3-9 FG, 10-11 FT), 13 boards, 7 assists, 2 steals and 1 block.

Yep, watched it. Led the whole game and lost at the end. Maya Moore is pretty good.

Taurasi's personal 13-0 run to break the game open was awesome.
