IIRC, it wasn't McD who didn't want Bledsoe - it was Bledsoe who wanted out prior to the season? And McD either couldn't or wouldn't make a deal, hoping the start of the season would change his mind?

That is how I remember it too.

Bled wanted an extension and when we said no, he wanted out.

Yeah, most of you p****** think he is mediocore with room for improvemen, WTF.

He sucks and has sucked for a while. He should have been gone prior to this draft and free agency period. Actually he should have been fired after he hired Earl Watson. I cannot understand how he gets any support.

By the way in my original post on this matter I said we started with Bledsoe for 3 games.

This is what was in my post: "OH, sorry he had Bledsoe last year for the 1st 3 games prior to the hair salon."

Try working with the facts.
JWB, I don't appreciate this post. Please don't insult everyone here that way. If you dislike the people here this much, why do you post here?

Who else will defend Mike D'Antoni from all the mean people on the internet?

I would have voted for "At least he isn't Lance Blanks or Lon Babby", but that option wasn't available.

There's no question that any positive feelings towards McD have an element of Blanks PTSD to them.

As crappy as the current era of Suns basketball has been, boy has it been worse in the Blabby era.

At least there is hope today for a much brighter future. There was no hope in the Blabby era, even though there record was better. At least we knew that the Suns were actively tanking, so that record the past couple years isn't a true indication of the real strength of the team. Unfortunately, we may not know exactly how good they could have been if they weren't tanking.

Just in case any of you McDonough lovers aren't paying attention. If he does not acquire a starting PG prior to the start of the season, this will be the 2nd year in row that has happened. OH, sorry he had Bledsoe last year for the 1st 3 games prior to the hair salon.

It's like flying a plane without an engine.
I don't know what you are arguing here. We didn't go into last season without a point guard; we had Eric Bledsoe. So this won't be the "2nd year in a row" of any such thing.
Hey, don't ruin his ranting with facts!!!
He also apparently didn't check out the McDonough poll.

Insults, the last resort of a man left without ideas.

Stridency is kind of your signature, I got it, but insulting people that way, and on top of it, because of a valid mini-roasting, it’s not cool. I don’t know you, neither how old are you, but calling names won’t make you more right than you are dude, and in turn paints a very immature image of you. I give you in advance that of course you surely don’t care what I think, but there are some people on your REAL WORLD watching what we do, and if some of them are important to you, take a look in the mirror. Good day.

All I know is that it showed up when I searched for Suns-related news in google, and I thought it was so ridiculous, I thought the board would appreciate it.

To clear up any confusion, the Suns only had to tender a qualifying offer sheet to Melton by today. They didn't have to have him signed by today.

It's to prevent teams from keeping a player's rights without making any effort to sign him.

I didn't know Jonah Hill was a Suns fan.
