Cleveland traded themselves out of contention for the title. Thomas is a nice player but he doesn't get them anywhere, and their team defense is awful this year. Fail.Hermen wrote:So who got the best return for a star this offseason: Cleveland, Chicago or Indiana?
My dude Frank looks pretty good out there.ShelC wrote:Cool thread here about some rookie numbers
We're going to build a contender around that Jackson/Dudley/Monroe trio.O_Gardino wrote:My dude Frank looks pretty good out there.ShelC wrote:Cool thread here about some rookie numbers
But, more importantly, Dudley and Monroe benefit so much from the presence of JOSH JACKSON.

Don’t worry, great minds think alike...
http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/2215 ... ba-historyLOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Lakers, with three starters out because of injuries Friday, had the worst free throw shooting percentage in a game in NBA history -- and still won.
With Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope out, the Lakers shot an abysmal 2-for-14 from the foul line in a 99-86 win over the Indiana Pacers at Staples Center.
I don't understand how that team without a couple of their best players beat this Indiana team that destroyed us. I guess it's like the old adage, "On any given night..."carey wrote:http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/2215 ... ba-historyLOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Lakers, with three starters out because of injuries Friday, had the worst free throw shooting percentage in a game in NBA history -- and still won.

That would depend (not that I'm the one you asked) on the subject of his preaching. I would hope he didn't invite his teammates to hear him preach about how believers are morally superior to nonbelievers (and if he did, it's probably a good thing none of them showed up).JCSunsfan wrote:Is there a difference between trying to convince you and forcing it on you? For me, no. I just wouldn’t feel comfortable going. Religion and work don’t mix. It puts your coworkers in an uncomfortable position especially! if they don’t share the same views/beliefs.JCSunsfan wrote:Is there a difference between trying to convince you and forcing it on you?
