Yea for a Small Forward, it is impressive
Coach Mont got the "real" one from his peers.
Didn't Westbrook averaged a triple double a few years ago?
I think this is fake.bajanguy008 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 2:10 pmMy Goodness
Some might take issue with the messenger but Wow, man brought the heat with this take

He’s done it like 4 different years, but he’s never averaged 12 reboundsAztec Sunsfan wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 1:36 pmDidn't Westbrook averaged a triple double a few years ago?
Or am I mixing up things?
Literally.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 12:36 pmDeRozan is playing great, but that record seems pretty specific and arbitrary to me. Add enough constraints and you can find all kinds of dubious records. Still very impressive stretch of games for him, though.
As for Jokic, what he does is just crazy. He carries so much weight for that team. They had better perform some kind of voodoo ritual before each game to make sure he stays healthy.
And 284 pounds. +/- a few but he's held pretty steady other than that one summer.Split T wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 2:44 pmHe’s done it like 4 different years, but he’s never averaged 12 reboundsAztec Sunsfan wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 1:36 pmDidn't Westbrook averaged a triple double a few years ago?

This is what I’ve come to think as well. Ayton doesn’t try to put everyone in his path in the hoop like Shaq does but maybe this leads to him being on the court more. The added finesse to his game reminds me of Kareem writing about the NCAA outlawing dunks during his college years that helped me with his soft touch. I mean Ayton isn’t exactly an iron man himself so maybe less physicality in exchange for being on the court more is a good trade off.MightyMoog wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 10:35 amI think he needs to change his game. Try to play more like Duncan and less like Giannis.
Sometimes I begrudge our team for not being super athletic.
But in the long run, it’s better to be playing smart and calculated and not trying over exert yourself physically.
Luka is obviously an incredible player, but I’m not sure I’d want to build around him. I get the feeling he likes being the entire team. He doesn’t want to give up any control at all. That would help explain why Dallas has really done nothing to give him help. Maybe Luka doesn’t want it. He wants to be a better version of James Harden in Houston.bajanguy008 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 18, 2022 5:07 amI'm not watching the games so really can't comment but peeping that roster I'm not sure who's the secondary options that teams are concerned about
Therefore giving Luka the chances to get to 45+ points
I figure the Clippers who he tore up twice would have the bodies to give him trouble but he even worked them with both Kawhi n PG playing last year.
Still tho, I don't think it's coincidence that the 21pt game is against the Heat defense.
Didn't realize we already played all our games against them so maybe I might watch a couple Mavs games post All Star cause I'm generally curious what teams are doing schematically
