I was joking Book went to Dallas to watch the Dbacks play tomorrow, maybe actually he did and took Beal with him.

I’ve never seen a big who wants to take the ball up the court as much as Nurkic does. I love it. And he has the court vision to do so.

Even without Book and Beal, this team is much more fun to watch than previous years.

Love how Gordon isn't afraid to take it to the rim.

What a great first quarter after a slow start! We’re making the Lakers look bad. And can I say I love Okogie and Goodwin?!

Solid so far but the Lakers cut down on the lead when KD sat which is to be expected. Just need to maintain when he's not out there but there aren't a lot of shot creators aside from EG. Yuta and Little are spot up players and Goodwin is trying but not that great. I'd maybe mix in Allen a bit more for spacing and some dribble penetration.

I like how Okogie seems to be sliding down the baseline into the dunker's spot, almost like a 4. Last year he stayed out of the perimeter, looks like Vogel is having him move in closer for rebounds and some easy baskets. Probably helps that Nurk is on the perimeter more so there's better spacing down there.

Not bad considering no Book or Beal

And then not such a great second quarter. Although, we have to be pretty happy without Book N’ Beal.
