Allen is more Raja Bell than Majerle. Thunder Dan had more juice on the ball.

When did Raja ever go inside the 3 point line, or be anything but a finisher on offense?
The years have made my memory somewhat hazy, but I think you are diminishing Allen, while elevating Bell

Allen has been exceptional this year. But he's not the same type of player as Raja Bell. Raja was a lock-down defender; Allen is not. And Allen is a much better dribbler, driver, creator, passer than Raja who mostly just stood at the 3-point line on offense waiting for the pass from Nash. They're both great 3-point shooters, but I don't see their games as very similar outside of that.

Allen is most similar to Cam Johnson to me…just smaller and with a little more on ball juice. He’s the 2 guard CamJ
Phoenix continues to be mentioned as one of the more active teams on the trade market, hoping to find rotational upgrades behind its Big Three of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and Bradley Beal. The Suns have explored what the combination of Grayson Allen and Nassir Little could bring back to The Valley, sources said, though the Suns have only four second-round picks at their disposal, and Allen has been arguably Phoenix’s most important player this season behind Durant and Booker

Not worried about trading Allen, you have to listen to offers but I’m not sure who you could realistically trade Allen for that would be an upgrade.

We have basically 3 contracts that are tradable with Little, Allen, and Nurk. Those are the guys that will be mentioned. If someone gives us the perfect fit I’m sure we’d move Grayson, but that’s not happening. I’m expecting just a minor move, with Little or our TPE being the salary match. Maybe flip one of our minimum guys somewhere too. I don’t expect anyone over 8-9 million coming in. Then we’ll see what the buyout market looks like.
Sorry guys; I didn't know where else to ask this
I'm watching the game from last night, and I came up with a question for y'all.........
Does Allen remind any of you as a modern day Majerle?
Other than athleticism I can't think of a difference.
I don't see it to be honest. Majerle was one of my favorite players. He was an unbelievably tenacious defender. Great dunker. And eventually great 3 point shooter. Just a totally different type of athlete.

Maybe a player who requests a trade by the deadline? He does have an expiring contract and if you add Little that could be a fairly significant salaried player.

Grayson reminds me of Gordon Giricek, Casey Jacobsen and Erik Piatkowski.
Grayson also reminds me of Pat Burke, Sean Marks, Hedo Turkoglu and half of Taylor Griffin.
Which half?

I don't think the Majerle como is a bad one. Raja couldn't put the ball on the floor when the defense got out on him. Majerle was more of a complete offensive player tho hitting from anywhere. Grayson really needs that stop and pop 16ft jumper. Surprised he hasn't added that so far.
