He isn't awful. Plays under control. Decent first step but not overwhelming speed. Will need to rely on change of speeds at the next level. Can shoot it. Good pick in the 5-10 range. Ahead of Sexton for now.
Some of the passes he makes remind me of Nash. I'm all in on the Trae Young train.

He's 19 and leads the country in both scoring and assists. Physical profile aside, that's ridiculous. He looks like young Steph out there.

Woah. Hadn't seen those highlights yet. Much better than what I had seen from him before. Definite top 5 pick if he can play like that in conference play.

3:33 is a Steve Nash layup.

I think the big question with Trae will be how successful he is at finishing around the rim. Smallish guys like Curry, IT, Tony Parker, etc. All developed crafty ways to score in the land of giants, if Trae can do that, he brings the entire package offensively as a PG. He'd be a lot of fun next to Booker.

After a God Shamgod (or a whip, which is how it was called by Dejan Bodiroga).

Most impressive.

Trae Young pushes off or hooks with his left hand on almost every play. I am amazed he gets away with it. They call that in the NBA.

I didn't see anything egregious. Nothing that guys like Chris Paul don't already get away with in the NBA.

He really doesn't. All he does is feels the defender, not pushing off. This is pretty standard nowadays from all the way down through the hs level. For us old school guys, it looks like he's pushing off, but he's not actually doing that.

Wendell Carter. 4/7 from 3 yesterday. He is really interesting if he can hit that shot consistently. I like him with the Miami pick if we don't take a C with our own.

Jaren Jackson Jr. with 13-6-3-3-4 with 3 3s today. He's got some nice 2-way potential.

wtf 4-6 over the last 10 games without Booker!! Currently #7 and the roster is absurd. This is crazy. We are bad even at being bad.

He's playing himself out of our draft range.

I think his draft range is 2-8. I think our draft range is 1-8. I'd say he played himself into our draft range. I guess it mostly depends on how you feel about our team going forward. I think we're still most likely bottom 5. If you think we're drafting 7th or 8th, then ya he's probably going before we pick.
