Agreed, but I also think these pre-season games are exhibitions for the fans. The refs need to keep the game moving.

Players make mistakes constantly during a game. They don't bat an eye at it most of the time. The second a ref makes a mistake all hell breaks loose.
The players and coaches need to be reigned in and the the NBA should look to change rules to try and lessen the impact of referee mistakes on the game.
