Had a slow start, but he was playing well in the 2nd halfFlagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 3:32 pmAnother one of those, "Did you watch the game or are you just looking at the stats?" game.
Agreed. Not sure what the complaints are. I saw consistent good play from him in the 2nd half. I didn't have the game on the first half as I didn't realize it was such an early start.Split T wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 3:45 pmHad a slow start, but he was playing well in the 2nd halfFlagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 3:32 pmAnother one of those, "Did you watch the game or are you just looking at the stats?" game.
Thought his attempts were all pretty good today. He didn’t force any and they all came in rhythm and during the flow of the play. He hesitated on the first one that he missed, but he looked confident and let them fly on the next 2. I’m cautiously optimistic that this is gonna be a legit skill for him.specialsauce wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 5:50 pmIf Ayton wants to shoot 3s and abandon his midrange game, I’m totally okay with that.
3s and please work in the paint. He has the talent, he needs the confidence. He made some baffling choices, particularly in the first half. Deer in headlights.
I’m bashing him and he ended up with a great stat line. He can be an all time great. He has the talent.
Youtube TV for the win. The unlimited DVR will be nice.Wally_West wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 6:26 pmSo happy Suns games are back, really bummed most of them are gonna happen while I’m at work and won’t be able to watch them.
He didn’t shoot enough. He had a half dozen opportunities to dribble the ball with a mismatch in the paint and he Boris Diaw’d itSplit T wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 6:46 pmThought his attempts were all pretty good today. I was just talking about the 3pt attempts. He did miss a few times to be aggressive and attack the rim.specialsauce wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 8:17 pmHe didn’t shoot enough.
