I’m not comfortable with them shooting 40-50 3s per game.

We lost to the team with the worst record in the NBA last night, and beat the team with the best record in the NBA tonight. Has this ever happened before?
Indy had the best record? I felt like this is definitely the kind of game we’d have lost last year. Only we did to them what teams normally do to us in the fourth quarter.
Yep, NBA.com still shows it: https://www.nba.com/standings

2 TOs?!?!? Wow.

Booker played with more brio. Bridges erupting for 34. Guys taking it to the rim, instead of lazily jacking up threes.

Was actually 3, there was a shot clock violation in there that didn’t get attributed to any players

I heard 3 on the post game, but saw 2 on the box score.
Still, 3 ties a team record, I believe. Last time they did that was against Portland in Nov. '91, I think ...

Fun game! Good pace and flow throughout, high scoring, some good defensive sequences. I liked seeing the adjustments made all around - Mikal, Jae and Cam all being a threat to put the ball on the floor and get in the lane. Paul was more aggressive looking for his shot as was Book. Booker with 25 and 7 assists with zero turnovers, which have been a big problem. This might've been Book's best offensive game in terms of shot selection. He picked his spots well tonight.

I thought DA did a pretty good job on Sabonis, who only got going while Saric was on him. We made the adjustment against the zone and drove gaps for the jumpers to soften the defense. The starters also moved the ball a lot more and played a lot quicker in the halfcourt. There were times CP and Book wasted possessions with their dribbling, but for most of the game the ball moved side to side and we opened lanes to drive or pass to cutters. 33 assists to 2 turnovers is a monster stat and shows the team corrected what wasn't working.

Ayton was solid again, but it did seem like he was moving in slow motion at times. Thought he might've been tired and drifting a bit. He had the great bounce pass to Cam late in the game, then finished the PnR with a dunk from Book. He's just been solidly solid the last few games. Maybe I'd be more critical if we weren't winning but I think he's doing what's asked and it's been pretty good.

For whatever reason that felt like one of the quietest 30pt games I've seen. Mikal hit his 3s, had some nice drives to the basket and a midrange or two but I feel like I hardly noticed him. Great shooting night without a doubt.

I like seeing Cam out there and even he could've had a bigger night if 2 or 3 more open threes had gone down. Carter stepped up too with his usual defensive impact plus his shot was falling.

We did it against LAL in 2012.

Portland did it against us, setting what was then an NBA record, some time around ’91ish.

I miss bkref.

Really good response from last night. I’ll take the win over Indy!
We hadn’t won there since 2016.

Mikal Bridges. I need that Mikal more. If he plays like that, my God.

Love how we finished strong in the 4th and basically put them away. I was getting nervous in the 3rd when we couldn’t stop Sabonis.
