Let's hope they can find a good player to plug in at PF when the buyouts start.

Another quality guard would be nice too.
I feel like we are set at guard.

Suns are 11-5 on the road. Only the Lakers and Jazz have better road records in the NBA.

The game played out about as expected. Keep it close and then blow them out at the end of the third and into the fourth. Booker 43 points, Paul 15 assists, Ayton defended Towns pretty well, had 22 points on 9/11 shooting and 10 boards.

1/2 game out of 3rd, 1 game out of 2nd in the West. I’m not going to complain.

Suns have won 11 out of their last 13, 14 out of 17. Dayamm!

I missed most of this one. Just caught some of it on my phone while waiting in line at Costco and in traffic.

Seemed like a textbook win against a team that doesn't have it's shit together.

Two big games coming up. The Lakers have won two in a row, so they'll be ready despite being without AD. Ayton really needs to show up for that game.

The game right before the All-Star break is always a weird one. A lot of guys kind of pack it in because their mind is already in Cancun or Cabo or wherever else they set off to for a week. Gotta keep the focus for that one, but my expectations will be low.

Definitely another choppy one until the 2nd half. Book was locked in, maybe forcing things a bit but it worked with him getting to the line 13 times. Felt like some of the team was coasting, knowing it could beat the Wolves. Wolves played hard, just couldn't match up talent wise. KAT seemed out of it completely most of the night and DA played him well.

The offense is a lot more in sync with Frank and Dario out there as faceup bigs. Just better flow, better passing, another dribble drive threat. The #s with those lineups don't lie either.

In general, I feel like the team is dragging a bit. We've won 14 out of 17 with a few close losses that probably shouldn't have been losses but there's been a drop in energy I think just with all the games and winning this past month. Hard to stay locked in all the time, sort of felt like we peaked against Portland and are hitting the wall now. Paul is still doing his thing but doesn't look to have have as much zip the past few games. Cam Johnson really needs to get his shot right. We could use the break coming up.

Everything was just so easy except for the last 2. One of which he could have gotten hurt on. The last no-call was criminal.
Go Suns!

I know this was the Booker game, but I also thought Ayton was great. He outclassed KAT all around and it felt like he could get a good shot whenever he wanted.

I'm worried about Cam Johnson. Everything he put up felt off. His shooting has been really inconsistent for the past couple of months. I like that he's driving to the basket more and doing other things, but if his shot isn't falling, he hurts us out there.

It was nice to see DA have back-to-back good games (albeit against awful defenders). Something to build on.

I've actually been encouraged by the "other things." His D has been solid and he's attacking the glass nicely. I think the shot will come around.

Ya, I’m still happy with Cam...he’s a good all around player. His defense has been a pleasant surprise. And for how much we are frustrated with his shot, he’s still shooting 37% from 3. I want that at 42%, but he’s still slightly above average.

I just feel bad for KAT. I mean, I know he has it a lot better than 99.9% of people on this planet. So I don't feel that bad. But he is in a shitty situation, in a horrible year. I don't think I could even focus on playing basketball. He needs a gap year.

I was going to say. He wasn't hurting us out there. The other things made up for a lot. Sure, if he starts hitting his shot more consistently, watch out! But in the meantime, keep getting those boards and playing good defense and making those drives to the hoop.

First game I haven't watched Live in a minute....

Decent game but just glad we handled business (eventually). Book is something else man and if I was commenting real time, I wasn't fussy with the Moore over Payne decision tbh

Moore is like the steady hand and he does a good job in that role but I felt we looked sluggish in the first half so Cam pace, energy n picking up full court on D like usual might have got the team's energy up.

Either way, it's great to see my birth month go so well. :D
No complaints, long may it continue

Minnesota's got a great announcing crew. I like the ones from MIL and CHI as well.
