You guys are making Frank out to be a lot more than he is/will be.
In what way? Inf seems to be the highest on him and says he sees him playing alongside okobo in the 2nd unit if he develops.

Welp, we've found McD's burner account on Phx-suns.net.

DeAngelo Russell might be hard to get away from Brooklyn, he’s playing really well right now. If they still have dreams of chasing big FA, they might hesitate if we offer the max on July 1st.

And back to Brogdon, he is shooting 52% on FGs, 42% from 3, and 95% from the line.

Not only that, he outscores his man and doesn't need a lot of shots to do it. He scores 1.36 pps, where Russell scores 1.11.

advanced stats for these two--what does Russell give you that Brogdon doesn't?

Do people really think it will cost 20-25M to get him? If so, no way Bucks would give him that, right?

Ya brogdon would be at the top of my list, Milwaukee will pay him though. If they let him go and don’t spend to keep a 1/2 seed squad together, Giannis will be the next big star to ask out.

But middleton will opt out this summer, too, right? If they pay both those guys, it will be really hard to pay Giannis the 40 million he will command in 2 years. You can't have 40-50M/year tied up in Brogdon and Middleton then give him 40, can you?

Maybe not, that team will get pricey. Bledsoe is a free agent as well. They may choose to let him go, but he’s playing well for them this year.

The thought of having 2 non PGs who dont defend both making max money is disgusting.

The personal foibles of Russell’s character, and the personal foibles of Booker’s, seem like a volatile mix. You put those two in the same locker room, you are asking for a soap opera.

DAR has a score first mentality and is really taking his offense to another level with Levert out. Not sure he and Booker would be a good mix offensively. Brogdon and Booker would be much better.

And I know Rose has had a good year, but his injury history and style doesn't interest me in the least. Also not sure he's a good lockerroom personality. Not saying he's a bad one, but I like the young group we have now.

If we bring in a PG this offseason who just wants to score and isn't a good passer or defender, so help me, I don't think I'll be able to watch.

You wish.

Don’t even try to stop watching this train wreck. That doesn’t end well.

Curious why you think that? Russell has the 6th highest assist rate in the nba this year. His A/TO rate is pretty good. He’s a little more of a shoot first guy, but he has good court vision. I think he’s a very good offensive fit with Booker. Defense is the question mark.

Only guys with higher assist rates: Westbrook, Harden, Wall, Jokic, Paul. He’s above Simmons, Lowry, Draymond

Cool stat, but doesnt mean he's a PG. He's a SG/combo guard at best, with a solid feel, better feel than Booker, better passer, still not a PG to me.
