Good guys up 60-49 at the half. Felt like the Suns were going to break it open a few times but just couldn't get that run. Nugs are hanging tough and playing some tight defense. Hopefully we can get hot and put them away.

Ayton with great D to end the half.

This isn’t the ideal form of Ayton, but this is a valuable form of Ayton. Playing great D and solid on offense. I’d take this Ayton every night.

The Suns just continuously pressure their opponents. They just continue to work and next thing you know they are up double digits.
Constant pressure on both ends. I love it.

Galloway's shot is great, and his defense is better than I expected. He's usually our worst defender on the court, but he's playing hard and in the system. He's just not the weak point he might have been.

3 fouls in first 3 minutes of 2nd half of Jokic. Like to see that.

Ayton playing well. Not trying to force but staying focused

Nugs have to go small with Jokic and Milsapp in foul trouble. Ayton's been able to take advantage but it also looks like he and Paul are gassed. Gotta get the Cams out there, some fresh legs.

Love Ayton's game tonight.

Paul has also really been a difference maker. Easy to see prior versions of the Suns struggling to score the last few minutes, but Paul has created something anyway.

Book’s passes just off target too much this year. He’ll shake that off I think

Jamychal Green been very physical tonight, he got away with it in the first half, but refs calling him on it now. Wonder if something was mentioned to them.

Yep, got a ways to go still, but a definite step in the right direction

Yes. This version of DA, while frustrating, is at least serviceable. Suns need this at the minimum to be a true threat.

Suns getting a surprising number of calls this quarter. Taken 3 more free throws than the Nuggets so far.

At least this is last years version. I’ll take it.
