Can we start tanking now? I think we need to trade Bledsoe asap, and just start Ulis. I realize he likely can't hang as an NBA starter, but we could say that about nearly every position we have on the team.

6 months is the very tail end of the meniscus repair recovery time frame. It must have been badly damaged. The Big Sauce's wide body was much more important to our offense than anything Len & Chandler provides. Hopefully they make up for it on the defensive end.

Yes, please.

We’re not Philly. These guys are going to try to win games. They’re tired of losing. Now, whether they’re experienced enough or just plain good enough to win games is another question. But no, we’re not going to start out the season tanking.

I don't think we'll need to work very hard to tank.

I mean Williams getting injured sucks for him but really isn't much of a big deal for the Suns. It definitely isn't the reason to change any plans. I like Williams and think he is a great bench guy but you can just head over to Europe and pick up another player that is very similar except for the home town guy stuff.

Maybe Bledsoe will be gone at the trade deadline. I wouldn't worry too much about him winning us many games.

It's really crazy how many major injuries our team has already suffered, without even a single game having been played.

I think that's a little bit of an oversimplification. Guys of Williams' calibre aren't a dime a dozen. He rebounds at a particularily high rate.

The AASE injury is a blessing if anything. Having him on the court did us no good. At least this way insurance picks up the tab.

C'mon. Injuries to Sauce and BK? That's no reason to tank. We need to see what kind of team this is. You never really know until they start to play games. You do not hold a team back from winning that is capable of it. We will know where things stand better after January 1.

Very sorry to hear it. I love watching that guy play.

I guess that means Len has plenty of minutes. This is why you keep plenty of bigs on the roster.

I fully support that decision. It also tells us a lot about how much he thinks Chandler and Len will be playing...

I agree. I would be happy with TJ/Chriss/Bender getting all the minutes at 4/5. With Chandler and Len only playing when the matchup calls for it.

Was Chandler asked about his role at all? I'm mildly surprised to see him on the roster after his exit interview comments.

When they tell me Bender is going to play 5, I believe it as much as I believed it when they said he would play 3. If Chandler or Len is injured or in foul trouble, I'm sure we will see the younger guys at 5. But not a ton.

We would be the worst rebounding team in history.
