Good to see that late second rounder Alec Peters played.

Thanks for the recap guys, there is nothing like waking up to read a game report in the morning. Can't wait for the season to start!

Interesting thing for me is that if I saw the Rosters before the game I would have questioned the balance of the teams and expected Team White to win.

Thanks, carey. I really liked the Jackson step back three. He looked smooth on his stroke. Len was a nice surprise with a couple nice pick and rolls. He also knocked down the final two free throws that were necessary to pull out the win.

I thought Len looked good and much smoother with his jumper and was doing well with a simplified game plan.

good to see some kind of footage, I had given up yesterday lol. Was seeing highlights for everyone else but us , we all hoping Josh has some consistency with his jumper but he sure has confidence in that step back

Thanks for the link, Carey.

I loved that first play the white team ran with Ulis passing ahead to Bender who drew defenders and sent a lob to Chriss. Looking forward to more of that this season. Bender is so tall, he can see and pass over just about everybody. When the ball goes to him, I want to see Chriss and DJJ flying to the basket.

I'm still hoping for a breakout season from Chriss and Bender, although I would be content with incremental growth. For the sake of unfair comparison, here are rookie seasons for Chriss, Bender, and Antetokounmpo.

Basketball Reference Comparison

Chriss looks like by far the best scorer of the 3, while Giannis showed his brains in the assist, minutes, and fouls categories. What's interesting to me is Benders high shot rate. I don't remember Bender shooting a ton, but in his very limited minutes, he did get up a lot more shots (per 36) than Giannis.
