I'm sure Portland comes in scared out of their wits having to face the preseason Blazer killers. :P Let's just hope for some team improvement as well as individual improvement. Can we keep the turnovers below 26?

Go Suns!!!

Just throw it to Bender. He has to put up 10 3 pt shots, at least he will get them off and that will cut down on turnovers, but not fg %, most likely.

Bender had one of the worst turnovers I've even seen last game. He jumped about 4 inches in the air looking to pass and then the ball barely left his fingers right into his defenders hands.

See? Quit passing, just shoot!

That's fine but please put a little arc on your shot, Bender!

This game is going to show us a lot about the character of the team.

Not trying to be argumentative, but I don't think preseason games show very much. The minutes and rotations are way off from what they will be during the regular season. There's definitely information to be had from the preseason, but I don't think there is cause for too much joy or alarm one way or the other.

I agree with you that the signs so far are mildly troubling. But I'm much more interested to see how they come out of the gate in their first handful of regular season games.

It just comes naturally! ;)

I don't mean the final score, and I don't care if Chandler and Bled sleepwalk.

I do expect to see some of the young guys who are struggling come out with more focus in this one. They should take every game on the court as a chance to earn playing time. And I would love to see Watson actually experimenting with plays and lineups.

I have to agree that one preseason game is not going to be the determining factor about the character of this young team. Likelyhood that it is? 0.002%

Devin is a surprise, teams been simply saying Rest as the reason for not playing guys and I'm not sure why we would make up an injury so hope this is no big deal

Contusion is never a big deal. Hyperextension rarely is. So I wouldn't worry.
