Re: Tidjan Keita
Wait...What? Why would you say that? I'm pretty sure this guy is heading to Prescott ASAP.Vladimir_Taltos wrote:19 on the roster...

Re: Tidjan Keita
He's probably nowhere near NBA-ready, so I'm sure they're planning on sending him to Northern AZ.

All I want to know is how to pronounce his name.

His jumper is already better than Chriss' and Bender's.

Re: Tidjan Keita
We waived him already so I think he may be going straight to Prescott.

Re: Tidjan Keita
As others have said, I believe the waiver was not to totally be rid of him, but instead to send him down to our D (G) League team.

Since we are so good at player development. He'll never see an NBA minute with the Suns.

I'll second that and raise you an Alan Williams.Superbone wrote:Three words: Derrick Jones Jr.djy2j wrote:Since we are so good at player development. He'll never see an NBA minute with the Suns.

Re: Tidjan Keita
I like both of those players BUT they have done very little other than show flashes of potential. Williams is now out for most of this year. Jones played about 30 total preseason minutes which is odd. They still have a long way to go before becoming success stories.

Re: Tidjan Keita
Do you consider Booker a success story? Nobody expected him to knock on the door of stardom.
And I think it's pretty unfair to knock Williams for getting injured this summer. He was much improved last seasoned.

Re: Tidjan Keita
He didn't knock Williams for being out. He is simply saying that he hasn't shown to be a solid rotational player in the NBA yet. Half a year, that doesn't make.O_Gardino wrote:Do you consider Booker a success story? Nobody expected him to knock on the door of stardom.

And as for Booker, are you saying that it was our development of him that put him on that road (although he is a long way away from perennial all-star)? I am not sure either way. I would hope our staff did that, but there are a lot of lotto picks from this org that haven't shown that.
