They did trade Rodman in the mid 90's to the Bulls for Will Perdue. Advantage, Chicago.carey wrote:They don't lose trades.Split wrote:

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

We traded with the Spurs for Dragic and Barbosa. That went okay.

What trades have they won? They've made a lot of savvy free agent signings and draft picks, but I don't recall that many trades they've robbed people on.carey wrote:They don't lose trades.Split wrote:

Also, how do you lose a trade when you're acquiring Kawhi?
Re: RE: Re: Around the League: Week 14 1/15-1/21
Kawhi was drafted via trade. Also I don't think trades in the late 20s of a draft or anything in the 2nd round really counts.Split T wrote: Also, how do you lose a trade when you're acquiring Kawhi?
We don't know how bad his injury is. We could give up like 3 first round picks plus players. There are plenty of ways to get hammered in a deal with San Antonio.

Fair enough.Shabazz wrote:Bucks fans haaaaate him. He's made some bizarre decisions this year (like fouling while up 4).O_Gardino wrote:I really don't think he's a bad coach. I think that team has 3.5 good players. Jabari Parker is due back in a couple of weeks. That will give them 4.5 good players.
This GM has Henson, Snell, Teletovic, and Dellavedova making a combined 40 million, and he fires a coach who has them fighting for a playoff spot?
This smells like GM job desperation or Kidd butting heads with Giannis.

Kawhi wasn't what he is now when he was drafted. Was the trade before the draft or when Indy was on the board? Indy was pretty happy with George Hill in that trade as well.carey wrote:Kawhi was drafted via trade. And mostly what I'm saying is you can't just not trade with the Spurs because you're afraid. Trades are completed pending physicals so if his injury is more serious than we think, we don't have to complete it.
Also, I'd happily give up anything on our roster for Kawhi. Keep Booker and let them pick whatever else they want.

I probably wouldn't phrase it that way.Split T wrote:Also, I'd happily give up anything on our roster for Kawhi. Keep Booker and let them pick whatever else they want.
