Discussion of the league and of our favorite team.

So who do you want to see as a coach in 2018-19 (and beyond)?

Grass isn't always greener: Triano--What more could you ask with the group of guys we had this year and the development we have seen?

Considered one of the NBA's best tacticians.
Wouldn't that be an amazing turn of events for a Suns' coach.

More importantly, will there still be daily yoga sessions in the off season?

The best part about Bud is his Hawks teams share the ball. He doesn't just roll it out and let the PG dominate the offense. Horford, Milsap, and even Korver were all significant passers on his teams.

I would beam from ear to ear if the Suns org just randomly announced that they are not and never will be interested in Jason Kidd as coach here.

Van Exel?

They need to go all in on Bud. I can see Sarver being for it. He has been intrigued with the Spurs success model since he became an owner. They need to make him a great offer before the Bucks are eliminated and come calling.

Just picked a random coach who's been named as a possibility. I just feel like we've gotten real excited about Bud, but he's still under contract in Atlanta, this simply might be Atlanta trying to snag an asset from us. I don want bud if he costs a 1st rounder.

If our options are Jason Kidd, Fizdale, Stackhouse , NVE, Steve Clifford or a protected future first for him, I’m all for it. These other candidates do absolutely nothing for me.

You do whatever it takes to get Bud. He has the chops to mold this team the right way going forward. If it has to be a first rounder, do it. I'd rather not but like I said, you do what ya gotta do.

He is worth it. I don't think we should give them one of our own unprotected first-rounders. But maybe some future pick, protected in some way.

Buying a ticket to ride the Budenholzer Bandwagon.

He'd be the right choice at the right time to right the franchise.

Suns mgmt. has mishandled first rounders in so many ways -- this one time dealing a first rounder might be a bargain.

I think that's the best choice. And it's a fair compensation for a coach who doesn't want to be there anyway.

How does it work with the contract. Think he's got 2 years 14 mil left? Is that contract torn up and we negotiate a new one? I'd be ok with him at 2 years, 7 mil a year. Add on a 3rd year with incentives or something.

Make it two. I’m completely fine giving away the Bucks pick, with some protection for the time it becomes unprotected.
