I don't think Chriss lacks skill. But he seems to lack focus/discipline and consistency, and he doesn't seem to have the most awesome basketball senses or grasp of the subtler points of the game.

I don’t see any skill except shot blocking. He’s not a good shooter. He has no ball handling ability. He’s not got much in a post game. Poor defender. Not a good rebounder. He’s really just an athlete. He can dunk and block shots. So could Stromile Swift.

Wow, nice reference. Hadn’t thought of him in forever. Now that you mention him I can unfortunately see that.
I’d love to find a way to nestle Criss under Amare’s wing; both game wise, and with Amare currently, life wise.

I think Watson truly was his pillow

I got this email to the admin at phx-suns email account. It's kind of sketchy looking, but I thought I'd pass it on, just in case.

Interesting comparison. I was thinking also of Chris Willcox and Marcus Haislip, guys drafted in the Amare draft.

Hakim Warrick too. Anyway, the upcoming draft is the time to move on, either by packaging him to trade up or to acquire future stuff.

Probably a handful.

But what kind of professional writer writes in ALL CAPS and expects to be taken seriously?

Didn't see this one posted, but it's a good article and it's been really nice to see Jackson play over the last month and a half.

It feels like he's starting to figure it out. He has been a LOT better in recent weeks, giving hope to even the doubters/haters like myself.
