The only way the Hornets hit is if they use glass on the 3, lol.

Elfrid on another drive
That 3 attempt clearly had to be to Tank Mode to give the Hornets back the ball and not tie the game lol

Good effort today, it would have been easy to just take another 20-point loss but they sucked it up and got back in the game and it was good to see Bender, Ulis, Reed, Harrison and Payton play well.

Woulda been nice to see Shaq get some more run, but Reed was playing too good. Couldn't take him out.

Memphis has a winnable game tonight (Dallas).

I almost just prefer Dallas to win that game. I'm kinda resigned to the fact that we won't catch Memphis. We just need to stay at #2

Pretty fun game actually. Shaq had a big first half. Davon Reed played some D and went 4/4 from 3. Bender showed up for the 4th, we hit 18 3's, scored 43 in the 4th quarter, came back from 20+ and lost a close game. About as much as you could ask for.

Spirited fight back lead with Bender and reed playing a good role in that

Payton Shaq and Ulis all looked solid

Really liked 4th qtr Bender. Really wish we would run some inside plays for Bender and Chriss. Bender has to get going from the 3pt line before he got confident.

Reed looked solid and composed with some rotation minutes and with the freedom to be a bit more aggressive.
If we keep him next year I hope he is the backup with Daniels and the 3rd string gunner. Probably a low ceiling but I think he can be a consistent rotation guy on both ends.

Curious what Triano told the group in the 2nd half. Almost called him Trian #no_O

Yeah, that was a bad decision. We had all our best 3 point shooters on the court at the time. You're not one of them, Payton.

Trust me, I am worse.
I wanted Monty as our coach since D'Antoni left town. Nice choice James Jones.

Reed highlights:
The floater was my favourite

Shaq highlights:

Reminds a little of a rookie barbosa.

Shaq should have played ahead of Payton in the 4th (if we really wanted to win the game).

He's been pretty impressive. Like others have said, I'd be OK if he had the backup PG spot next year. We'd need a better shooter in the starting role, though. I knew what we were getting with Payton, but he's been fairly underwhelming lately.

That was the first game where I saw "it" from Reed. Encouraging!
