He looks like he's lost weight doesn't he?
He said he quit eating Mexican food.
He’s a better man than me then. :)
We're not professional athletes. Well, I'll speak for myself.

I don't make much of those videos
Only Biz made any kind of "power move" simply cause he doesn't have a jumper ☺️☺️

If you saw Embiid doing drills against coaches at practice I'm fairly certain he would also be working on his step back

The difference is we know when it goes to Live action may it be just Starters vs Bench at practice or an actual game that Embiid is going to mix it up and bang down low.

So in my humble opinion, nothing really to see there until tomorrow at least

From yesterday's "SunsDay Post" email from the Suns:
COURTSIDE EPISODE 5:

HOW DA BECAME "THAT DUDE"

If you've watched any game this season, you know Deandre Ayton has looked bigger, stronger and more confident than ever. The secret? Consistency.

In this week's episode of Courtside, DA talks about his dedication to taking the next step for the Suns, including pre- and post-game workouts, plus day-off training.

According to Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Cory Schlesinger, "The physical strength that he's gaining now, with his consistency in the off season and trending into the in-season, is allowing him to be a lot more physical..."
Here is the full episode:

You guys aren't watching closely if you haven't noticed that Ayton is playing with physicality. Just because he doesn't bully his way to the rim for dunks like Giannis doesn't mean he isn't pushing dudes around or being physical.

You aren't watching closely if you haven't noticed him continue to attempt 5-foot bank shots over guys 8" shorter than him. But sure, he's playing with physicality.

Ayton is the least physical C on this team.

Guys, physicality doesn't necessarily mean touching other players, or even exerting effort. He's dribbling the ball with great downward velocity and throwing passes with tremendous force.

He's pretty good at hand stands and granny shots, that takes physicality, right?

Yes. Best player we can get. But I’m cool waiting till the summer…not sure this month will be the best time to trade him

Another ball handler/creator literally anything but another C that relies solely on someone else to get his shots.

I have some packages that intrigue me. Orlando and Atlanta could put decent ones together, just top of mind.

Unless you can get a true alpha -- hell no. He's not perfect but who are you going to get that's better?

Better than he’s been this year? That would be pretty easy

It's not about getting a singular better player, this team needs upgrades across the board, Ayton in his current state is a luxury.
