hahaha Chandler and Anderson look super winded.
Who's the tall white guy next to Chandler?
Bender.
It's not. If you watch to the end of the video, you will see Bender on the far left.
You're right. And Bender is taller than that , anyway. Good eye.

Thinking that might be a coach but can't find whom it would be.

I was hoping Chandler wouldn't play but then I heard his comments at media day. He's excited to play meaningful minutes.
Kosh has said that Bender is strictly a PF, so it’s between Chandler and Holmes for the backup C minutes. If Chandler is healthy and playing well enough to beat Holmes out for the spot, I’m OK with that. It’s not like we’re heavily invested in the good detective.

Love it! Get him committed to being a star defensively. He's so big and athletic that the offense will come naturally.

Interesting they speak of coordinating and sacrificing. I’m guessing that means don’t go chasing blocks, even though it must be tempting to do that when his relative lack of blocks in college is one of the talking points of his critics. Stay within the system, and let the critics keep yapping.

Nice article on Ayton and his growth from the beginning of Summer to now.

I wonder if he is sacrificing by putting in the effort on dominating defensively, rather than offensively (at first). Ill admit, I haven't liked hearing him interview at all up to this point, but he really does seem like he is very coachable right now.

Good advice from Shaq. Ayton’s big, but he’s not Shaq big. He can’t be Shaq. He has to be a different kind of dominant.

Agreed. Shaq never had to defend on the perimeter as the rules and the way teams played were different back then. I'm happy that Deandre seems to be able to hold his own athletically on the perimeter when needed. He could end up being a super-charged Capela type.

Now that he can shoot with both hands, we’ve just got to figure out how to get two balls out there, so he can score 4 (or 6) at a time.

Hey, wait a second. I think I’ve just hit on the next BIG3 gimmick.
