I know this is preseason, but I really hoped Kokoskov would have had the team playing with more intensity already.

I don't even know if I can qualify this defensive effort as "going through the motions".

Okobo in. Navigates a screen and smoothly cans a mid-range jumper.

The less Daniels and Reed we see this year, the better.

Ooooh, Ayton with a nice 2-dribble face-up drive to draw the foul. Had a little hesitation move in there too.

LOL. Swanigan posting Okobo went just the way you'd imagine.

Ayton establishes deep post position v Swanigan, takes the pass from Jackson, and draws the foul. Swanigan never had a chance.

Bender is playing with much more verve tonight. It's not currently showing on the stat sheet, but it is .00004% encouraging.

The switching defense is not working. Swanigan is just abusing whoever is switched on to him in the post.

I also doubt Coach Koko's offense is dribble handoff then jack up a jumper 5 seconds into the shot clock.
Go Suns!

the blazers annouces are mocking us for just jacking up jumpers. And its true

note how the blazers quickly get it to their guy in the post and dont dick around the 3pt line for 16 seconds and take an awful shot. We have Ayton...get him the ball, no else is doing jack out there

Bender is one of our best 5 tonight, and it's not because he's playing well.

Bender hits a 3. He's been legit solid tonight. Particularly on D.

we played shaq and cannan together in the backcourt. Its a good idea to double down on your position of weakness. Could be a long year

Basically, Blazers couldn't miss from 3. Snowballed from there.

Some of the worst defense you've ever seen combined with no offensive flow.

so basically all of last season all over again.

sorry for my negatively tonight, but this is not a team that can afford not to give a shit about any game. And tonight looks just like last season. boo

Why no melton tonight so far. He has looked ok in his limited mins in past games and we already know what we are getting from cannan and shaq. better to give melton an extended run. If the argument is to play shaq and cannan into form...well the first half scoreline speaks for itself.
