Wow! He gets that kind of money at age 59, and he gets to play with his son? That is awesome!

Cleveland got Nance Jr. on a great deal. Good for them; I really like him as a player.

It's a declining contract too. Smart move by Cleveland. I think Love's contract declines too

I like that Nance deal a lot. I think it's great that he has ended up back in Cleveland. I thought the Cavs should have used him more last year with Lebron. Oh well.
I don't really know what to make of Myles Turner. People keep hyping him as a future star for the Pacers, but I haven't seen it from him yet.

Ayton vs Doncic on ESPN to start the season. It’s nice to be on the national stage a little bit.

I don't know that Turner is a star, but he's a modern big and has "unicorn" skills. The term unicorn gets used far too often nowadays, but I believe it was originally used to describe a big man that stretched the floor on offense and protected the rim on defense. Those guys were very rare, but highly useful. That's why we're seeing an influx of them in recent drafts.
Turner has those skills. He's not Porzingis, but he's a solid piece.

There's only one unicorn and his name is Porzingis.
Turner is a nice player but was hyped up a bit his rookie year. I don't know that he's a double digit rebounder and while he gets blocks, I don't know that he's an intimidating defender at the rim. This will be a telling year because he got himself into phenomenal shape.

That's not true. The term was first applied to Serge Ibaka. I wouldn't call him one anymore, but he definitely was one. Anthony Davis is definitely one. Joel Embiid. Mo Bamba and JJJ were drafted to be unicorns.

I believe the term was first used to describe a horse with a single horn on its head.
