Game Day: Lakers (0-3) @ Suns (1-2), Wed 10/24/18

Post by Superbone »

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (7:00 pm PT/10:00 pm ET)
Place: Talking Stick Resort Arena, Phoenix, AZ
TV: FSAZ, NBALP

The LeBron James led and winless Lakers come to town. Ingram and Rondo are serving game 2 of their suspension. Walton complained about officiating in their last game so lets see if the refs balance it out in their favor for this one.

Go Suns!!!

Can't be another blowout loss. A loss is fine but the Suns have to show more fight. They had problems with effort even in pre season because I remember Kokoskov saying "We don't coach effort" after two of the games.

Most of these guys shouldn't feel entitled as they haven't done jack in the NBA so I don't understand why they lack the fire....would've figured the adrenaline rush of the season starting would still be burning in these guys.

I think it’s getting used to the new offense. They know what to do when outside shots are falling but were confused when they weren’t. And the GSW offense will turn any team in knots.

I'm looking for Ariza to turn it around after two bad games in a row. His performance in the Golden State was embarrassing--lazy bricks, half-assed defense on several plays. He'll be guarding Lebron, so a good game from him is crucial. Kuzma is going to have another great game if Anderson is checking him. I'd like to see JJ defending Kuz.

I'm going to be mad at the "home" crowd tonight. But I see no reason why we can't beat these guys, especially when depleted by the suspensions. Win or loss, I just want to see some more effort on defense, and hopefully fewer minutes for Ryan Anderson. Let's do it!

Are we playing the “predict Ryno’s three-point shooting” game?

I think those are supposed to be Chandler's offensive and defensive rebounds.

Come out lazy again and we'll get LBJ his first win. If we come out and defend in transition like last game, its gonna be rough.
Jones and Vogel gotta go.

Im predicting the Suns win by 10.

I wouldn't be shocked if the Suns lose by 20.

Ill probably watch either way.

I'm hoping we win on a buzzer beater to really demoralize LeBron and the Lakers.
