I'm not a proponent of doing favors for the Lakers, but Chandler had to go -- the sooner, the better.

Jones hasn't done much of anything else, so I'm inclined to wait and see what sorts of steps or missteps he makes.

The real problem remains Sarver.
Unless he sells, or willingly gives control with a long leash to a savvy basketball person, the Suns are screwed.
Yep. Until Sarver sells this team is going to suck, period. No matter who we bring in or draft, this team will be horrible. History speaks for itself.
He's the one constant in all of this mess.

Yes he is. Different GMs, different coaches, different players, same result. I'd like to see what our win/loss total is the past 8 years but I'm too lazy to look it up. This went from being a classy organization to absolute trash. This organization is an embarrassment to the league.

Their record since last making the playoffs in 2010 is 255-397 (.391) which would be 32-50 over a full season.

Every one of the Suns losses this year have been by 7 or more points.
Six of the ten losses are by 20 or more points.
They are one 2-point victory away from a 10-game losing streak.

Opening night was *probably* an aberration.

Truthfully that winning percentage seems higher than I thought

That's more like it. When people say it can't get any worse, it always can.

We need someone who can actually pass the ball playing point. Not too many of those running around that might be available.
With Trae Young playing so well we should try to get Atlanta to trade us Jeremy Lin.

How many losses by 20-something does it take to receive that wake-up call?

Ayton is just going with the flow til his wake up call comes to his area. No big deal.

He's played well offensively, but he's got such a long way top go overall.
Jones and Vogel gotta go.

I share some concerns regarding Kokoskov critizing the players. But what worries me more is that we get news/rumors like this every year no matter who the coach is. Offense needs to be dumbed down because players don't understand it, they don't follow the coach's instructions, low effort, etc.

Now this cool comment from Ayton... It's good to hear they realize there's a problem, I just don't understand what they have to feel cool about. Maybe not being the Cavs.

Cavs are getting outscored by an average of 9.9 ppg, which is second worst in the league. We’re at 13.2.

The difference between Canaan and a mid-level starting PG in the league is not the difference between winning games and getting blown out.

I've long felt like this. Our defense is so bad it doesn't matter who is at PG for us right now. We could trade for Walker & it we would still not be winning games.
Go Suns!

We have many problems that need corrected before we start winning games. Not having a competent PG is one of them.
