Game Day: Spurs (7-5) @ Suns (2-11), Wed 11/14/18

Post by Superbone »

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (6:00 pm PT/9:00 pm ET)
Place: Talking Stick Resort Arena, Phoenix, AZ
TV: FSAZ, NBALP

The Spurs come to town to show the Suns how real basketball is played. Let's at the very least see some energy and effort to start the game. I beg of thee.

Go Suns!!!

Ayton has promised to play with a lot more aggression this game. Let's see.

Actions speak for themselves. No need to talk. Too much talk indicates less action. I hate the excuses and explanations from our players, including our so-called "generational center."
Just win a damn game and shut the fuck up.

I just want to see some better effort to start the game and fewer defensive lowlights from Ayton. A couple of competent minutes from Jackson would be incredible as well, but I don't want to go asking for too much here.

Great. Chalk up another blowout loss for us, then when it happens blame Indy. Nothing to do with the Spurs being a much better team, it’s just Indy’s damn predictions.

I am going to keep predicting a win until we win. My frustration/anger with how awful we have been this decade has started to turn to apathy... and that isn't a good feeling. I would rather be upset that my team is losing...

I predict a Suns win!

Maybe not tonight, maybe not on Saturday, maybe not in my lifetime, but it will happen. More than once!

I'll take a loss under 14-15 pts. Baby steps, fellas.

I don't care whether they win. I just want to see effort, passing, solid defense. I want to see the young guys play. I want to see 2-3 young guys have good games, like Ayton, Bridges, Jackson, somebody. I just want signs of life. Hope.

Just win a damn game and shut the f*** up.
I think Ayton needs a teammate to yell at him. Somebody needs to fire him up.

Let's hope you're right before the end of the year. (I was going to put a winky face but that would be too presumptuous of me.)

Igor seems to be slow to make changes. Bridges has earned the start over Ariza but I don't see that happening for a while.

I might tune in to the 1st quarter, this is going to be a blood bath though.

I think we're trying to maintain Ariza's value.

I'm on a work trip to Phoenix and convinced my co-worker to come with me. I wanted to splurge for some lower bowl seats, but I had to settle for $6 Upper Level seats. Oh well! Hope to see a W tonight, even if it's from the cheap seats!

Yeah, those tickets are pretty hot right now.
